Zwei Schlafzimmer, Klimaanlage, eine ausgestattete Küche, Mikrow., SMART-TV & WLAN bieten einen tollen Urlaub mit einer Portion Abenteuer. Dabei ist dieses floating Home das ideale Ferienhaus auf dem Wasser. Das Fahren des Motorbootes bedarf keinen Führerschein. Das Motorboot & Stand up Board steht zur Nutzung zur Verfügung.

Hausboot in Loddin auf der Insel Usedom

Das AquariHus ist ein fest vertäutes Hausboot im Naturhafen am Loddiner Höft, die wohl schönste Landschaft auf der Insel Usedom. Im ruhigen Achterland und doch nur 3km entfernt vom trubligen Leben der Ostsee Strandpromenade. Im Sommerhalbjahr liegt das AquariHus in der Melle, einem malerischer Arm des Achterwassers, im Winterhalbjahr im Hafen Loddin. Im Rahmen der Vermietung ist nicht vorgesehen, dass das AquariHus den Liegeplatz verlässt. Vor Ort ist eine Kaution von 500 € zu hinterlegen.

The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available. This boat features private terraces (open and covered) for evening relaxation. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance.

You can fish from both the jetty and the terrace—eel, zander, pike, perch, and many other fish are abundant here. A sauna is also available. The house includes a motorboat with a 4 HP petrol engine. The boat is not available during frost. The large Müritz lake is about 1,000 meters away, while the small Müritz is just a stone’s throw away.
