Questo alloggio unico è l'ideale per una fuga romantica. La nostra missione è farvi trascorrere momenti meravigliosi. La mini villa offre un'esperienza unica, il progetto è dedicato ai nostri figli Nicolò e Federico per questo il nome è Nife. La Tiny House è immersa nei vigneti, il panorama è meraviglioso, è affacciata sulle vallate dell' Otrepo' Pavese e della Valtidone, è possibile mangiare all'aperto grazie ad una straordinaria pergola panoramica, ideale per sorprendere e rilassarsi.

Al tuo arrivo, dopo aver percorso una strada di montagna, ti troverai immerso nella natura. Attenzione nell'ultimo km ci sono 2 restringimenti della carreggiata causa lavori in corso. La casa ha 3 camere da letto: zona living con un divano letto comodissimo e 2 bagni. La cucina è al piano terra a fianco alla la sala giochi con: biliardo, ping pong, freccette. Nel giardino privato troverai la hot tub con idromassaggio (servizio extra su prenotazione) , il bbq e tutto per il relax.

It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

It is an ancient building dating back to the end of the 1800s, completely renovated in all its parts, respecting the structure of the period, just completed. The bedroom, with exposed beams, is very charming, has a balcony that allows a spectacular view of the plain on one side and the hills on the other. In the living room, the period wood-burning fireplace has been preserved and in the adjacent woodshed, you will find firewood.
