Cosy cabin in the Alps

The place is exactly what you expect from pictures - we were 2 families and had plenty of both privacy and shared space to spend time together. Apart from the fact the house was rather cold upon our arrival (the heating didn't yet heat the cold building), everything was perfect, and both Sandra and Edith (the hosts) did their best to make us feel welcome and comfy. Sandra was always ready to answer our questions and gave us local tips, too. Edith even brought us homemade cake .. simply sweet. The place is perfect for a winter retreat - cca 20 mins to Katschberg for good skiing, snow tubing hill just a few hundred meters from the house, and a safe garden behind the house. It is also well-accessible, even in snowy conditions. As soon as the house got warm, we never wanted to leave .. and the sauna after the day on the slopes was a treat .. :) Overall, we can only recommend this place, and we thank you, Sandra and Edith, once again! I hope to be back :)

Beautiful chalet within walking distance of the slopes where a gasthof was, you can eat deliciously. We felt right at home in the chalet. Everything was available. We were able to ski very nicely in the small area. Location is 7 km from nearest village in the valley with a number of supermarkets. Very nice hosts who were there to help us where needed. Recommended.

It was a nice staying, beautiful wooden tiny house, surrounded by nature. Absolutely peaceful, blissful silence. Tadej was really kind and easy to talk to. Nicely built and constructed tiny house, with an oven, which easily keeps the thing warm, even if it's cold outside. All in all really nice experience. Thank you Tadej.

Where should I start? With the good communication and the information that always arrived on time and was relevant? With the stunning location of the chalet and the breathtaking view from the balcony? With the coziness of the accommodation? We spent a few wonderful days in this little house and we felt like home. The village is quiet and lots of walks and tours start literally from the front door. The surroundings are spectacular. There’s plenty to discover. We would definitely return, the house has everything one might need, including a room where one can work if they have to, with a screen and a desk.

Such a beautiful cabin in the woods style cozy place. Beds are comfy, quiet surroundings, great design, and luxurious amenities. The host, Jani, was super nice and proactive. I would book this again! We can skiing to Vogel and it is very close to both lake Bohinj and a 20 min drive to lake Bled. Perfect spot!

Amazing location by the river, short walk to the lake through fields of wildflowers. Peaceful and beautiful. Chalet has everything you need. Comfortable beds. Maja was next door, so she could help if any problems (but did not disturb at all otherwise). Highly recommend and hope to be back!

It was really beautiful and I can only recommend it to everyone. It started with great communication, because Deniza and Martin proactively sent me all the necessary information. We didn't arrive until the evening, but it was so beautifully lit that our eyes lit up right away. Self-check-in. We then turned on the sauna and jumped into the pond. The next day we went for a walk in the forest, which was also wonderful. Then hot pot and sauna and pond. Of course, we were hungry and what is also good is that the delivery service also goes there. The bed is super comfortable, as is the couch. Only high-quality appliances. Check-out was also great, we were even allowed to stay until the afternoon. So, all thumbs up, we'll be happy to come back. Thanks to both of them.

We had an amazing week at Meri’s apartment in Bled. Staying right near the town meant we could walk to bars and restaurants as well as the lake and the mountains were only a short drive away too. Meri and her husband were great hosts, they were super friendly and welcoming plus they had loads of recommendations for our trip. Thank you!

The place is as shown in the pictures and in the description, a quiet, beautifully located mountain hut. We were there in winter and were fascinated by the view from the cabin. The communication with Sandro, the host, was easy and fast and also a short-term extension of the booking was easily possible. All in all highly recommended. We will definitely stay there again in the summer.

Because of the rainy weather we were so grateful for our spacious and comfortable apartment in Logar Valley. They are shy on listing all of the amenities, but there are ample cooking utensils, eating utensils, and a nice area to dine. We stayed in Medved (Bear) and everythings was new. The shower was large, the toilet was in a separate area that had its own sink (which was perfect). Even has heated floors in the bathroom which was nice as it was 10C and rainy during our entire time. There is a nice gift shop and social area downstairs where we were able to visit with the host and she let us try some of her homemade, gluten-free cookies while also preparing us a delicious cup of herbal tea. We had a very pleasant time in the apartment and just wished the weather would have cooperated (no fault of Alojz :-))

We stayed in the forest hut for 2 weeks and already felt comfortable when entering the cozy room. The highlight is definitely the oven. At first I missed a toaster, but we just toasted the bread in the pan. Everything you need is there. We only missed shower towels and the bathroom is really very small, but everything worked out. The garden is large enough to play badminton and barbecues were also held every other day in April. The Fischerwirt is a 5-minute walk away and is an absolute recommendation and there are also two playgrounds right there. In summer you can go swimming in the pond next to it. We did not meet Lukas personally, but he always responded quickly to questions. In addition, you have a lot of peace in the cabin. During the day, 5 cars drive by on the street below or you see a few walkers passing by. If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is, hands down, one of the most gorgeous, peaceful and uncommon places we have ever stayed. Astrid & Andreas anticipated every possible need, and treated us like friends. We used the sauna, hot and cool tubs every day, and loved grilling on Easter. The fisherie was an amazing bonus, the delivered breakfast delicious, we loved walking along the grounds and the Easter fire was one of the coolest things we’ve ever gotten to do. We are already planning our next visit!

Beautiful house in Carinthia, in close proximity to activities/attractions such as Uršlja gora, ski resort Kope, Peca and AlpakaLanda. You found everything and more in the accommodation for a comfortable stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful interior, and a corner to relax, an ideal end to a day in the hills. The host helped us with guidance, was flexible and responsive. 10/10 if we had time we would have stayed even longer

The ski holiday in the old farmhouse was perfect for us. (4 adults 6 children ). Marianne and Fritz are super nice and totally helpful. There is a bun service and own eggs and honey. The place was absolutely stunning—even better than the pictures—with breathtaking views, a jacuzzi and sauna that made the experience extra special, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The apartment was super clean, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. The hosts, who live in the upper apartment, were amazingly kind and helpful—always available when needed but never intrusive. They even gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The next towns, with grocery stores and dining options, are just a 10-minute drive away, making everything easily accessible. We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We stayed in a spacious and very cozy apartment equipped with everything we needed. The access to the lake is great, there are two trampolines for children, stand up paddles and even a pedal boat to rent. Anton and Margot are two extremely gracious hosts who care a lot and have made a lot of things possible. We felt very comfortable in Haus Bichel and will definitely return. The nearest vacation is already booked. Thanks again to Margot and Anton!

We had the pleasure of spending the turn of the year at Sepp's cabin and it was just a wonderful experience! Even in advance, communication was straightforward and all the details were clearly described – there were no surprises except the positive ones! The cabin itself was very cozy and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break. Particularly noteworthy is the oven, which made the cabin warm in a short time – perfect for warming up after a long winter walk. Despite the rustic charm, everything was super clean and very well maintained, which made the stay all the more pleasant. We were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest and appreciated the peace and seclusion. It was the perfect place to get away from it all and welcome the new year relaxed. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The landlords were extremely hospitable and welcomed us very warmly. The private spa area was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, so it lacked nothing. All in all, a great experience that I can only recommend!
