Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

Dobrodošli v našem apartmaju , ki se nahaja le dobrih 10 minut od jezera. Ima direkten izhod na družinski vrt z bazenom kjer lahko uživate mirne počitnice. Apartma je primeren predvsem za pare, družine z večjimi otroki, ki iščejo udoben in miren oddih. Pomembno za družine: na vrtu se nahaja NEZAVAROVAN BAZEN, v apartmaju pa so stopnice. Zaradi varnosti zato nastanitev NI primerna za otroke mlajše od 10 let. Vljudno prosimo, da pred rezervacijo upoštevate te značilnosti. Veselimo se vas.

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Room 47 offers you private 1st floor of the house. There are 3 double bedrooms, private bathroom and big balcony with sunbeds and amazing mountain view. You are the only guest in the house. In the garden behind the house is an equipped summer kitchen ( toaster, microwave, electric stove and wodden BBQ grill ). There is also a lovely summer garden for use. The Room 47 is suitable for family, solo travellers or couples. (6max). Tourist tax is not included in the price.
