Modern apartment by the sea in the center of Sæbø, right in the heart of Sunnmøre. The apartment was completed in 2021 and is located on the 2nd floor of a semi-detached house, in a small community, with fantastic views towards Hjørundfjorden and the Sunnmørsalpene mountains. From the kitchen window and living room you can see right on the mountains Slogen and Saksa, and there are lovely views of the fjord which is only a few meters away from the house wall. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed and a top bunk in each room, and a spacious open kitchen living room.

Urke in Hjørundfjorden - cabin at the edge of the sea

Urke is a small village and has everything you need; great nature, hiking and swimming opportunities, shop with post and pharmacy, horticulture and own pub/cafe. The nature in the area is amazing. The Sunnmørsalpane encircles the village with majestic Slogen and Saksa which have become really popular after Sherpas from Nepal have made steps up through the ura. In the last few years, Urkeegga has also become a popular hiking destination. The mountains here are equally popular for skiing tourists during the winter as for mountain hikes in the summer.

Sæbø town center, Sunnmørsalpene and Hjørundfjorden

Two grocery stores, niche shops, hotels, campsites, fjord sauna and a small sandy beach with shared barbecue/outdoor area. There is walking distance to bus, shuttle boat and ferry Sæbø-Leknes/Urke. Sæbø is a good starting point from easy to spectacular mountain hikes. In season you can fish salmon in Bondalselva ( fishing license is bought shop)

The apartment is a basement apartment in the house in Osdalsvegen 220. Myself and my husband live on the main floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 sleeping places. One bedroom with double bed. One with a bunk bed where the bottom bed has room for two. + a cot. The apartment is nicely located by the water, with tables ,benches and fire pit, so here everything is set for barbecue or just cozy in one quiet,quiet and nice place. Cosy place with room for up to 10 persons, but also great for a couple. Close to the main roads, but feels like thousands miles away from civilization. It is only ten minutes from Hellesylt where you have restaurants and grocery. From Hellesylt can you take the ferry to the famous fjord: Geirangerfjord a world heritage site.A great place to stay if you like to haik (or skiing) in the mountains.
