Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Volda Municipality

It's a cosy, comfortable house with a wonderful view onto the fjord. There was a lot to do in the closer and the more distant surroundings. The host is a very lovely, helpful and friendly person who makes you really feel at home. We had a little bit of rain, enough sunshine and definitely a lot of fun. Thanks a lot for this wonderful week 🫶

Very nice hosts who walk the way to make guests feel well cared for. The place is newly renovated and has a great standard! The place is amazingly beautiful! Recommended!

The home is characterized by being outdated, but this was in a previous review and was something we were prepared for. Otherwise, the host always responded quickly to questions and there was enough room for everyone in the traveling party (3 adults, 2 youngsters, 2 children). We had everything we needed for a nice weekend in Volda.

We had a good time here, was a nice house and the host was friendly and helpful. I recommend.

We had a very nice stay in Dalsfjord. Lovely weather for walking, fishing and enjoying the fjord from the bay. Good communication with Jørn and Anne:)

Very nice apartment for a very affordable price. The apartment was very good with a comfortable bed. We missed a microwave and a water boiler because we have a small kid that is 1.5 years. And there is no TV also. Except for that, the apartment was perfect for us. Very nice communication with the host! If you want a good central stay in Volda. Choose this place :)

We enjoyed our overnight stay in this cosy and comfortable accomodation. The setting was just magnificent and a joy to wake up to. A peaceful place in a lovely valley. Would recommend you stay if yoy are in the region.

It is an incredibly nice Norwegian house, spacious, with many pleasant amenities. Located quiet with surrounding mountains. Eddie and Liesbeth respond quickly and are easily accessible remotely. We have really enjoyed it, Thank you.

We had a great stay! It was very peaceful and a short drive into Stryn. Beautiful views from the place and very comfortable for us and our dog. Kitchen had all the basics so we were able to make a few meals at the Air BnB. Ran into some issues with the oven/stove but Bjørnar was quick to respond and help us work through it. We would definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb was meant to be the highlight of our Norwegian trip, and even though it rained and we had high expectations of the view, the view did not disappoint. The view was absolutely incrediable and if you have the chance to stay here, we cannot speak highly enough of the property and Ingar and Liv. My parents needed to know whether there would a coffee machine, and Ingar and Liv went above and beyond and sent us the English instruction booklet for their specific machine. We also got to meet them as they were nearby and we had such a nice chat. We hope to be back one day! 10/10!

I spent 4 days with my family a beautiful cottage from the inside , matching the pictures I wish I would visit me in winter time with the snow the place would be so great, and the host was very responsive Note : We had a little difficulty in getting to the site , but the place is very convenient for people who want to stay and enjoy nature without going out too much. There is also a 50 kronor toll road for each permit Air conditioning controlled by host only snapping and running which made the subject a bit difficult

Quick responses from the host. Cozy cabin with immediate proximity to the city center and mountains in the area. Will come again on the next trip to the area :)

My son Alex was the actual guest and here is his commentary on his stay (since Airbnb doesn’t allow him to write a comment himself). Spoiler alert : it was a very good experience ! From Alex and Marilou « Our sincere thanks to Venise & Gaby for their warm welcome to this comfortable, carefully decorated tiny house, full of personality. 
The view over the fjord completes the magic already offered by the cabin. Moreover, we were able to enjoy the surrounding mountains and snow-covered forest during a wonderful walk. And Gaby offered to take us by car, giving us all the advice we needed. This is just one example of the many times they were there to help us make the most enjoyable experience possible. As an added bonus, we were able to taste their homemade beer, served with small snacks. It was perfect for a little Halloween movie night after the sauna !

Words can’t describe how beautiful this place was. Surrounded by tall mountains that can be seen easily from the large windows inside the house and as you step outside, one side of the house has a view of mountains and a waterfall on the other side. The house was very spacious and very clean upon arrival - it also had all of the required amenities. Hilde was also very responsive when i asked her questions . We stayed for three nights but i wish I had booked a longer stay at this place. Would definitely recommend this place to others who are visiting Norway and hope to stay here again in the future 🙂

A big thank you to Anders who allowed us to have a very pleasant stay in his cottage by the fjord! Everything was as described and Anders was very easily reachable. The cottage is located 1.5 kilometers from the center of the village where there are two small grocery stores and a gas station as well as a pier to get to the other shore. It was a perfect location for enjoying the area!

We spent a spectacular night and morning. The location, in the middle of the fjord, was magical. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. We even got into the water. Anders couldn't have been nicer, helping us with everything we needed and more. We'll be back.

Awesome and charming house 😊 Well equipped with what you need to stay. A little secluded place, but by car it's not a problem! Lovely with hot tub 👌 Never met the host, but easy to communicate with her on message, she responded quickly if there was anything we were wondering about. The stay is recommended by us, we are happy to book again if we are going to the area at a later date!

We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon - everything from useful hiking suggestions, quick to bring us anything we needed, to a magical hotpot experience! We couldn't have asked for more out of our stay of from Venise and Gaby. The location was perfect for accessing the less known hiking spots but still with those spectacular views, as well as being close to the ferry so it was easy to hop over to Volda. It was peaceful and we loved the views over the water, and we made good use of the fireplace for cozy evenings. Don't be put off by the road near by, there is very infrequent cars so you hardly hear anything at all!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful, with everything you would need. The view out to the river was also incredibly nice. The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful. We will surely come back here for sure.
