The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

You have a modest apartment on one side of the building, measuring 55 m2, with space for 4 people There is a hallway, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a living room. There is an enclosed terrace for the apartment ❗️Note the bathroom and toilets are above the courtyard. Dry-closet for the night Dogs are very welcome.
