Erik has been a great host very friendly and accommodating even though we arrived quite late in the evening, he also took the time to show us what kinds of activities were available in the area. The house was clean and perfect for spending a few days exploring the area.

This was a very special trip for my sister and I who don’t get to spend a lot of time together. What a peaceful place and wonderful host! Elizabeth was not only kind and helpful but she went above and beyond in helping us find some our Swedish ancestors! We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch every morning, having tea and breakfast. We loved being greeted by her sweet dogs, June and Lizzie and also enjoyed feeding the lambs, learning about the sheep, and seeing other animals on her farm. The cottage has everything you need and is decorated with such a warm touch. We quickly felt like locals and look forward to coming back soon! Thank you so much, Elisabeth!

Christer's house is ideal to explore the whole island. It is relatively central, but close to a quiet, great beach with shallow water - great for children. The accommodation is even more appealing than in the photos: there is a new, bright sitting area on the upper floor. Very cozy! The grounds are spacious and completely secluded: we saw eagles, deer, rabbits directly from the sitting area in the garden. Christer was not at home, but provided us with valuable tips and was always available.

My hopes were high for this trip… Hassan’s communications were helpful, prompt and really easygoing. He’s an excellent host. Then we’re arrived at the home - and somehow our expectations were exceeded. It’s a lovely place to stay - a well looked after characterful property with great space indoors and out. About a twenty minute stroll from the centre of Visby, which is a wonderful place to spend time. Beds super comfortable. Everything worked really well. Highly recommended.

Nice area, all amenities needed, good and nice hosts! Everything went incredibly smoothly and there was a nice and good playground nearby. Accommodations were great for me and my little family☺️.

Sofia’s place was just perfect to stay with my toddler and parents! Perfectly equipped and located, provided space for outdoor cooking and meals and even a inflatable pool. Parking lot was also great to have! Sofia and her husband are very pleasant and responsive hosts, we were even allowed to stay hours after check out to meet our plane. Thank so much for the wonderful Medieval week in Visby, and who knows, maybe we meet again!

We had a great time ...a nice cottage in a beautiful place. Such friendly and sweet owners. Did their very best so that we could find our way in the dark in the evening. The next day a warm welcome...and they had everything nicely arranged. Everything is super clean...and they thought of everything. There is really nothing missing...from herbs to toilet paper. Really a top week thanks to them...even nice loungers on the veranda. Highly recommended.

We were able to book this Airbnb very spontaniously, and got very quick responses on our messages. When we arrived, we were welcomed nicely by Robert and his family and were introduced to our accomodations. We stayed in a tinyhouse, located in the scenic family garden, which consisted of two bedrooms, a living room with adjacent kitchen, a shower and a seperate bathroom with toilet. All of the facilites were clean and tidy, additionally the place was equipped with heaters to keep the guests warm and Wifi + TV for entertainment. In summer there is room for outdoor activites on the porch. In summary we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at this Airbnb and would recommend it warmly.

Wenche is a super host, and very accommodating. We were given the option to check in 3 hours before the normal check in time punk. Nice little place for two people, with short walking distance to shopping and Visby old town. Also suitable for a dog. Highly recommend Wenche's small guesthouse if you want to explore the old Visby city center. Just a 2 min drive to the nearest electric car charging station.

Thomas's cottage was an ideal location for an overnight stay on our bicycle trip from Visby to Faro. It's about half way between and is just a few hundred meters off the main cycle route to Faro. The cottage was very comfortable as were the beds. It was good value and Thomas was great in communicating with us via Airbnb. I would definitely recommend the cottage to anyone considering a cycling vacation to Gotland.

Very cozy location close to horse pastures and chili farms. Nice cottage with everything you needed.

We arrived just before midnight and found no problem using the GPS. Lotta had lit up garden lighting for the door which was unlocked, no problem with key :) Beds were made and ready to curl up in, slept great after 10 hours of travel. Clean tidy throughout. Simple and functionally furnished.

Very friendly and kind hosts in a nice part of Tofta - close enough to the busy areas but far enough away to be quiet (10 min cycle). A nice little beach just 200m away and the golf course is 5 mins up the road if you wanted to combine your trip. Also a great bakery 5 min walk away (the best in the area). The accommodation has everything you need, would highly recommend to explore the local area.

Rolf and his wife were very helpful, nice and accommodating and the room was small and cozy. The garden was also very nice and lush, so lovely to stay so close to the Botanical and the sea also because the air was so fresh and scented. It was quiet at night and we slept well in comfortable beds. However, the kitchen was smaller than expected and therefore quite difficult to cook food in, but it worked. Most of it was except large pot which we could probably borrow from the nice host couple. We mostly ate in the garden but when it rained there was only one table next to the bed to eat at, then it felt a bit cramped. Fun to live inside the walls in a beautiful alley with nice family.

This is a great spot for anyone who likes their peace and quiet. It doesn't get better than a private house on a farm with horses, surrounded by fields, with cranes calling and swallows zooming around. The space is clean, has everything one needs, even the essentials (the listing says "no essentials" and yet everything was there). Very easy to find, only 30km from Visby and it's a completely different world. Would recommend to anyone who wants to focus on the northern parts of Gotland and Fårö

One of the best places to stay if you want to visit Visby, close to Kneippbyn, Högklint viewpoint and Toftastrand! We had a wonderful time at Elsa's guesthouse. Our three kids loved picking blackberries and running around the garden. Elsa is an amazing host, both responsive and welcoming, which made us feel at home. With a short drive to Visby and Tofta as well as a short walk to Högklint viewpoint, there was always something fun to do. We are already looking forward to visit again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it does not disappoint! You are right in the heart of Visby! Simple but comfortable little house - exactly what the pictures show :) thanks for another wonderful vacation and we will see you again next time!
