There is an apartment in the basement (separate, private entrance) that is not included in the rental. The landlord lives here with his teenage children from time to time during the summer. Närmaste samhälle Slite är det 8 km till, där finns det apotek, mataffärer, systembolag och restauranger. Vill man åka till Visby så ligger de 35 km bort.
