There is a terrace where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the waves and gaze out over the sea and the Karlso Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the beautiful pool. There's also a sunroom for a rainy summer day.

Cozy apartment on 3rd floor. Large terrace with lovely sea views at Snäck, 3 km from Visby The apartment is at Snäck, 3 km outside the wall. Proximity to nature trails and water. On the roof of the property there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We only rent to well-behaved tenants. You must be smoke and pet free and respect the rules of conduct. If you are interested, write and tell us about yourself. We reserve the right to refuse tenants who do not have documented good reviews.

Enjoy your stay with the whole family in this peaceful home close to nature and Visby. There is a heated swimming pool facing south with a spacious terrace, dining table, lounge furniture, a child-friendly fenced garden with swings, playhouse and sandbox. You can really enjoy sunny days by the pool and pleasant barbecue evenings at sunset. On the driveway there is a charging post for electric cars and space for 4 cars. The guest house is about 35 square meters and situated within walking distance to a large shopping area as well as a beautiful forest. Everything in Visby is within 8 minutes by car and 15- 20 minutes by bicycle. Walking to the city wall takes about 30-35 minutes. There is a private patio by the pool.
