I really liked the property as it was near to proximity to many places. Mr. Ramanaih was responsive and providing help wherever needed. Location is really very good as you can find all the hotels and other medical and grocery items nearby. The rooms were good but there are few things getting old and needs to be fixed are: 1. All the beds are making too much sound 2. Mattresses are really very thin and uncomfortable 3. Washrooms need repair as there are no glass windows in ventilation windows. Apart from that everything was great. Thanks for accommodating us. Will like to stay to your property again in next visit.

Nice peaceful stay

After the warm welcome, we were flabbergasted by the spacious rooms with air conditioning. Parking space was sufficient for parking two cars. Definitely will definitely visit again in the future.

Our stay at this spacious studio was fantastic! The check-in process was smooth, and the property was in great condition—clean and hygienic upon arrival. Kumar, the host, was extremely responsive and quick to address our queries, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The studio was well-equipped with basic necessities, a full kitchen, and a fridge. While there wasn’t a washing machine, the terrace and garden provided a convenient space for drying clothes and enjoying leisurely walks. The location was the highlight of our stay just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, perfect for peaceful morning, evening or night strolls. Essential stores like Reliance Fresh and Apollo Pharmacy were close by, making our stay even more convenient. Additionally, prominent attractions like the Kursura Submarine Museum were only a 10-minute drive away. With ample parking space and an unbeatable location, this studio made for a memorable family getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it

A gem of a place with Wifi, big parking space, fully private, garden, pet friendly and only a few steps to the beach. Mr. Kumar is a wonderful host. He was already there to greet us. Very responsive. Suggested good eating places nearby. Property was very well maintained, easy to find, lovely location and justified the price completely. We could stay for one night this time but will love to stay again in future. A big thankyou ❤️

An amazing place to stay near RK Beach. Located at Nowroji road,RK beach is at a walkable distance(less than half kilometres ). Jagadamba junction is also at a walkable distance (approx 1.5 km). Public transport was easily accessible because of the location. The apartment is located at a peaceful residential area. The apartment was very clean, has air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. Kitchen had all the utensils and accessories to cook. Although the apartment is on 1st floor, lift access was there. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Srinivas ji was always approachable and responsive. Local eateries are at a far location and I had to use Zomato. Except this everything was excellent

Drove from Bengaluru to Visakhapatnam in 1 day with 2 dogs and this Airbnb was exactly what I needed - simple, cozy, and private. Adi did speak for about 5 mins as I checked in, but then he left me to relax and sleep. The room is small but very comfortable. Also, the mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. There is hot water, AC, and a fan - what more could you want?! pet-friendliness was also a huge bonus. thanks Adi!

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this guest house. The property itself is well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that offer all the amenities you could need. The rooms were clean and the location was also ideal, peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. It truly felt like a home away from home. Great place to live newly constructed flat and well maintained clean and neat great recieving and supportive staff

Should prepare a list of nearby Restaurants with phone numbers and leave it in the house for ready reference of the guests.

This place was as per description and satified my expectations. 1. Very near to RK beach, just 2 mins walk. 2. All local attractions, like submarine meuseum, aircraft meuseum, vishaka meuseum are walkable. Rest can be accessed easily by auto / cab. 3. Very nearby departmental stores for all daily needs. Like more supermarket, etc. 4. Some good food joints and resturants for breakfast / dinner, lunch, nearby . 5. The place is just like own home, 2 big bedrooms with attached balcony. and a massive living room. 6. The sea is not viewable from room or balcony, but just 2 mins walk you can reach there . So do not consider this as a deterrant. Dont think twice, as a tourist, you would love this place and value for money.

It's definitely worth staying at Mr. Reddy's apartment it was very comfortable. The host was Pro active he sent me everyday details a day before my stay. The place was well equipped with all essentials such as RO water system, Gas stove, Fridge, washing Machine, Geyser, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection that helped me carry out my work during the stay. Best part was the power back up. Location: Location was perfect. centrally located. I went to the mall which was few mins walkable. I also saw a movie theater few buildings away I missed it. I recommend Mr. Reddy's place who are searching for your stay in Vizag. I'll definitely book again if I happen to visit Vizag in the future.
