This place is 5 stars in every aspect ! The location is extremely convenient, the flat is very clean and very spacious with all the necessary amenities and the host is very prompt, responsive abs helpful ! Would recommend without any reservation !

Nice place and community

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. It had a breathtaking view from the location. Abhita and the caretakers were approachable and prompt in their responses. The beach is very accessable and provides flavor of fisherman's life.

We had a wonderful time at Gayathri’s place. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy to get to lots of interesting parts of the city. We found a good number of play areas and activities nearby as well to take our two young children to. We will definitely choose this stay during our future visits without hesitation!

we came with as a family of 4 with my 3 yr old son... We felt like staying at home ... kitchen was well equipped to cook anything we wish for ....👍 the entire home was very clean and filled with lot of indoor plants ... home was so lively and pleasant... Our host Romica's choice of furniture and lighting for home is so unique and cool... All tourist attractions are near and we can get groceries vegetables and dairy products in walkable distance... Bed and bedsheets were so fresh and had good sleep throughout our stay ... the helping staff in the home was very friendly and made our stay awesome.... om the whole it was really a memorable stay for us here ... will definitely visit again in future.... it was an amazing stay at the stay. Host (Sai) was very attentive and was always reachable. Helper Xavier was also very polite and helpful at all times during the stay. House was very private with less disturbances. absolute value for the money!!

Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

Booked this place for a weekend getaway with my friends and we really enjoyed the stay there. well maintained property..the caretaker was responsive. the location was beautiful with lake and sea view, perfect to unwind. swiggy delivery to the location was an added benefit.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing location near Mahabalipuram. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It had comfortable beds, an equipped kitchen, shower and bathroom. There was convenient parking space inside the premises. It offered a peaceful retreat from the city, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to both the beach and local attractions. The host was incredibly warm and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth, and all amenities were in perfect working order. We had a fantastic stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the pool was very clean! The caretaker was also very helpful and accommodating. Overall it was a perfect stay for our family.

An amazing place to stay near RK Beach. Located at Nowroji road,RK beach is at a walkable distance(less than half kilometres ). Jagadamba junction is also at a walkable distance (approx 1.5 km). Public transport was easily accessible because of the location. The apartment is located at a peaceful residential area. The apartment was very clean, has air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. Kitchen had all the utensils and accessories to cook. Although the apartment is on 1st floor, lift access was there. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Srinivas ji was always approachable and responsive. Local eateries are at a far location and I had to use Zomato. Except this everything was excellent

Our family vacation in Vizag and Araku was made even more special by our stay at Ashish’s place, which added great value and made our time there memorable and relaxing. It was a very very nice place. very spacious. we travelled with kids. so the place was so apt for us. very near to RK beach. Host is awesome. he will give you clear instructions and will keep all the necessary things for you. Maid will come every day. watchman is also very helpful. please stay hear if you visit vizag.

The place was a 5 mins walk from the famous RK beach. The property was very spacious for a large group and equipped with all the basic amenities. kitchen has enough utensils to make anything at home.. The host chaitanya is very helpful and very accommodating. He made check-in and chevk out experience very easier..

We stayed for couple of nights for our visa stamping. Place was nice and situated in a good neighborhood. Quite at night. Lot of grocery shops around. Walkable distance to the US consulate.

My team and I had the opportunity to stay at Mr. Subramaniam's home at Chennai. This was an extended stay for a period of 5 to 6 days. First of all, Mr. Adithiya from Mr. Subramanian's team was very helpful in ensuring the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The space was super clean and is as described in the photos. The rooms were cozy and more importantly, the location is great! Ordering in food or even going to the local store did not seem difficult. Would highly recommend this property to anybody who have some work in and around Thiruvanmiyur, IIT Madras, Adyar, Guindy and thereabouts.
