this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.

Kućica je smještena na osami u uvali Doca na otoku Murteru, u potpunoj izolaciji. Welcome to a cozy, ground floor, fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment for up to 4 people 350 m from the beach, with free parking, your own covered terrace, and all assistance you need. There is also at your disposal a courtyard with a garden of Mediterranean herbs and a barbecue with a summer kitchen situated in the shade of olive trees and grape vines (if you like to cook outside). We will do our best to make your stay with us pleasant.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).

Guests have at their disposal two terraces, the main terrace with a dining table and a beautiful view of the Velebit mountain and the Adriatic Sea and the other side terrace, which is equipped with a grill and sun loungers. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles.
