In a sought-after area of downtown Béziers, this 35 m² studio apartment is located on the first floor of a small, well-maintained building, consisting of three floors, facing the Media Library, a 10-minute walk from the city center, and the Paul Riquet alleys. All kinds of shops on site allow you to walk everywhere if you wish It is renovated and very well-equipped.

The getaway

New studio of 15 m² integrated into our main residence with independent entrance located in the village of Viols-le-Fort (from the Occitan "Chemin du Fort"). At the entrance to the village, in a recent subdivision, with access to the village amenities on foot (bakery/grocery store, butcher shop, restaurant, bar, bookstore...) and close to the garrigue. The outdoor layout is planned for mid-December to take full advantage of this space and improve access to the studio.

At the foot of Pic St Loup, in the medieval village of Matelles, 38 m2 outbuilding of an architect's house, benefiting from access to shared spaces: swimming pool, lodge and garden. Close to Montpellier (15 min) and with shops in the village, you can escape by discovering the hiking trails and the neighboring Pic St Loup wine estates, close to a golf course and cinemas.

The cottage is built next to our wine shed and has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
