Monthly Rentals in Viola

This house is absolutely beautiful. It is decorated very tastefully and had everything we needed. Loved the fire pit and the ability to see all of the stars without extra ambient light sources. The smores fixings that were provided was a very nice touch. We loved the quiet location, but some might find the distance from the nearest town (about 15 minutes) a slight negative. We personally loved driving through the beautiful countryside, seeing the Amish with their horse drawn buggies and just planned our activities appropriately so we were able to get the supplies we needed when we were near a town. Ginger is so sweet and has such an amazing farm. My kids really enjoyed seeing the animals and had plenty to do around the farm and in the home. My family and friends found the stay very comfortable and the house won us over with it's charm and layout. We were in town for a wedding, but this would be the perfect place for a country get away with multiple families or lots of kids of different ages. The only down side was that we happened to be there during lady bug season so there were a few around the house, but that didn't detract from our wonderful experience and 5 star rating.

We enjoyed our stay at Ardene's place! The house is very spacious with enough bedrooms and other areas that are a nice touch (deck, sun room). The house provided more than enough dishes and kitchen items to be used. It was also nice for the host to have games. FYI there are 2 steps to get into the main living area. We would recommend this place!

What a pleasant surprise Shaun’s apartment was from the center of beautiful Yuba! Very well appointed and cozy. Loved hearing the occasional clip-clop of an Amish horse drawn buggy passing by outside! Thanks Shaun!
