The cottage is all with all the comforts and very comfortable. The hosts, Hans and Annelene are very hospitable and we got tips for places to visit in the area. We'd love to come back to discover more of this beautiful area.

Amazing place ! Beautiful, confortable and very cozy

Amazingly beautiful with a big lake just over a small road. Rauland's ski area was perfect for our grandchildren (3.3.5 and 5.5 years) Plenty of wood we could use for both inside and out. We had a great week!

We were 5 people staying in the house in August. It’s a beautiful house as described with a great view over the lake. The information center for the national park is only a 2 minutes walk away. Nevertheless, the spot is private and very quite, perfect for a relaxing time. It’s a great spot for activities like hiking various trails nearby or visiting the national park. We were really impressed by the spectacular nature. The house was clean and had all amenities making our stay a great experience. Check-in was easy and very flexible. Stein-Arve was a very helpful and responsive hosts, providing us with many information on possible activities. We can really recommend the house for a stay in the area.

This was a last-minute choice when we realized we would be too slow in reaching our destination for the day. Iselin saved the day by responding quickly and offing her wonderful place. We had an amusing misunderstanding when the Airbnb translation service converted part of the street name to an English word and made it impossible to find in mapping software. But Iselin kindly guided us by phone and all was well. This is a beautiful and spacious place, but we arrived late and left early so we didn't get to enjoy it for long.

A nice house with character. Rustic maybe a bit outdated. But it doesn't always have to be the latest frills. Everything you need. The only thing we found inconvenient was the access to the house. Parking across the street from winding road with no speed limit. There are mirrors but we were always a bit queasy when parking out, as the road is quite busy.

Our family of two adults and two children spent 3 nights at Christian's cabin at the start of the winter holidays. Nothing to postpone in either cabin or surroundings! Great decorated cabin that had everything we needed and more. Great to be able to strap on the cross-country skiing just outside the door, trek over the yard also we were right in the light trails. The jacuzzi was also a big plus, which we took advantage of every night. Christian was friendly and quick to respond when we had any questions. Highly recommend the place to stay!

Very good house for family vacation! Clean and cozy, not far from Hovden ski resort, very easy to found! Beatiful nature and privat territory near house. We had everything what we need . Very friendly owner, we recommend to stay here ))

The Bjørnehiet is beautifully located, you have a great view of the mountains and the ski slope in winter. Lena Charlotte responded quickly and kindly to any questions. The house is also well equipped for children. We had a great winter week in Hovden and would be happy to come back.

A really nice place, with the most amazing view, the house was really nice and fully lived up to expectations. You can see that the landlord uses the house a lot, it was fully equipped, things of proper quality and super clean.

A really nice cabin, which is well set up for family holidays (3 generations). The cabin is fantastically located in the mountains in lovely Rauland/Viierli

This place was super cozy, clean and beautiful! We spent New Years here and was the best time ever! Knut Olav is super kind and responsive. We had a great time there- The location is perfect! There are hills around to go sledding and its close to both Hovden and Haukeli ski resorts! Perfect cabin! We definitely will come back 🤩🩷

Very nice and cozy house. The kitchen had everything you need and even more. There is a fireplace and sauna, very close to the ski lift. Communication was friendly and quick. Unambiguous recommendation.

We had great days in the mountains. Very lucky with the Easter as well🥰! The cabin is very rich. Good beds, sauna, cozy and conveniently decorated. Nice outdoor areas with fire pit and good seating. Firewood available with Vips. So simple and straightforward. Very proactive and friendly host😊. Good information during your stay. Thank you for this time Ingebjørg. We would gladly came back☺️

Had a great time at Laila's place. Cozy cabin with proximity to cross country skiing trails and a short drive for alpine skiing.
