Cabin in great hiking terrain

The cabin is located high in the terrain in Holtardalen in a dead end, and right up great hiking terrain with many possibilities. There are great peaks, small waters and lots of trails. The area is known for good skiing conditions throughout the winter with approx. 150 km of groomed cross-country ski trails and several alpine facilities with a common lift card. Outside the winter season there are great hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. There is also a short distance by car to the many other opportunities that Rauland represents.

Family cabin in the high mountains - Hovden in Setesdal

Great large cabin from 2013 with plenty of space for 2 families. 13 beds. 4 bedrooms + loft. 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 bedrooms with bunk bed, where the lower part is 120 cm wide and the upper part 75 cm. The loft has 3 beds + 2 mattresses. Great location on the "sunny side" of Hovden with immediate proximity to the high mountains. This cabin is only rented out to families. Bed linen and towels are included. The tenant generally cleans up after themselves, but cleaning can also be purchased (NOK 2500). Pets are not allowed.

Cozy annex for two people. 6 km south of Hovden.

Annex to cottage built in 2015. In the Nordli cabin area, 10 minutes south of Hovden. Private entrance. Studio apartment with bathroom, kitchen, stove, fridge, double bed (150x200cm), sofa and dining table. Bring bed linen, towels and toilet paper. 10 minutes to Hovden city center with shops, alpine facilities and water park. Great hiking trails in the area. Bed linens and towels are NOT provided. Charging of electric car in outdoor socket is not included in the price. The tenant must clean and vacuum before checkout.

Spacious and great duo cottage. Located in Holtardalen in Rauland in scenic surroundings. Here you can be 2 families and still have plenty of room. In winter, you can put on your skis and ski straight into the alpine slope or the cross-country ski trails. In summer you can put on your hiking boots and pick berries or fish in the waters along great marked hiking trails. In addition to several leisure activities that are described on visitrauland's websites. A short drive away is Rjukan which offers a historical buzz.

The Log cabin to rent

Cozy log cabin with simple standard. Located alone in mountain pine forest, nice starting point for mountain hikes summer and winter. Without running water or electricity. Solar system for light, propane for cooking and fridge. Wood burning for heating. Detached outhouse about 15m from the cabin. Parking 30 meters below the cabin. Bed linen and towels can be rented for NOK 100,- per set. Due to the COVID-19 situation, guests are encouraged to bring their own bedding. It is therefore also mandatory with final cleaning

Two bedrooms, bathroom w/washing machine, kitchenette (without a dishwasher), and living room. Wood-fired oven. A bag of firewood - NOK 150. Large terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, and fire pit. Rental of bed linen and towels NOK 150 per person. Guests clean before departure or order for NOK 800.

Functional style cabin

Architect-designed guest house of 60 sqm. Built in 2019. The guest house is located in the same courtyard as the main house where the host lives. The host consists of two adults and two children. The guest house has 2 verandas. One is located towards the main house. This is shared with the host during the summer. The other porch is from one bedroom, shielded from the main house. The guest house is located near the forest and a nice stream, you can hear it rushing in the background.
