The place is fantastic—clean rooms, a comfortable bed, and excellent price-to-quality value. On top of that, you get your very own "Vietnamese helper," the homestay owner, Mai. She takes care of everything, from recommending restaurants and arranging scooters to organizing transportation for your next trip. She’s such a lovely and caring person. I will truly miss this place and Mai's warmth. I wholeheartedly recommend this homestay to anyone, especially kite surfers—it’s perfect for you! The apartment is located right in the center of Phan Rang, making it incredibly convenient, everything is just a short distance away. My stay was absolutely perfect, a 10/10, seriously! The host was very supportive, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Phan Rang!

Very clean and comfortable home, the hosts were accomodating and even cooked a meal for us at our request. While getting a taxi may be difficult, the host scheduled those for us as well, and allowed us to rent a motorbike if we wanted to use that instead. People get up early in the neighborhood, but they are not loud and never disturbed us. There are also numerous dogs in the area who do not get aggressive, some even being very friendly. The ocean and sunset were quite beautiful and it was a pleasure to listen to the waves at night and in the early morning. It feels like home being there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our hosts were friendly and warm. We stayed part of our stay here and other half at a resort in Nga Trang. The location is in the middle of a fishing village. If you want to bask on the beach, you will need to head a little further along the beach but the area is tranquil and the people are friendly. We will return.
