Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

Forget all your worries in this spacious and relaxing accommodation with two large terraces overlooking the Rabac Bay and the Riviera. Apartment Bruna has free WiFi and free parking in front of the house, it is located in Rabac, a 10-minute walk from Maslinica Beach and a 5-minute walk from the Riva. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with air conditioning, a bathroom with a bidet and a bathtub.

It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

The Magnolia flat is located on the ground floor of a family house in Labin. The town centre is only 2 km away, while the sea and beaches in Rabac are only 7 km away. Labin is the largest town on the eastern coast of Istria and consists of a beautiful and charming old part of the town, situated on a hill, and a newer part of the town at the foot, characterised by the mining past of this region.
