Our stay at Shyam’s place was absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The communication was prompt and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. The property has got this very bohemian vibe but also it was impeccably clean and well-maintained. This will certainly be in top of our list to stay in Pune, we would highly recommend it.

The property is in the German Bakery lane at Pune. Though the neighborhood was noisy all interesting places were near by. The big balcony was very good. Appartment was small but clean and functional.

It was a lovely stay. Property is amazing,as shown in the pictures. It was clean as well. Caretaker Rahul was very helpful and took care of everything for us. The host is very responsive to your queries and was accomodating with any early checkin ,late checkout requests as much as possible. Food delivery is accessible in the area, zomato ,swiggy both are available. Quite a few restaurants are available in the area as well. The property is easily accessible through google maps. Medicals and clinics are nearby in case of emergency.

1.) Perfect place to stop includes all needed amenities and hosts are very welcoming. 2.) We celebrated my wedding ceremony at their place and Uncle Aunt helped a lot by doing necessary arrangements. 3.) We also also talked a lot with Uncle Aunt and very soon they became like our family members. 4.) Concluding, stay at Samarpan villa is like a dream stay and these 4 days were like a dream. I would like to thank Das family for such great hospitality and a special thanks to Das uncle who alongwith all of these things, shared such great life thoughts which will help me in my future endeavours.

We enjoyed our Holi celebration over here and the place is quite good. It matches the description as the photos are provided amount of space. We were about 10 people.

This place has one of the most positive vibes. amazing society, great view of the tennis court and playground, clean and well maintained apartment. It's got everything one needs for a family stay. Just felt a few missing elements like basic toiletries, tea / coffee pouches. But overall it was a great stay.

Host was responsive. But for greywater which was taken by surprise delayed the days official process. The property is ecofriendly and uses WTP/STP for water circulation. Suggest the host to post a sticker, "GREY WATER USED FOR TOILET FLUSHING"

It will be always my first choice if I have to stay in Ammnora. Hats off to host....they were always there if there was any problem.... definitely go for it guys👍👍

Aditi has been very responsive, straight forward and honest host. The appartment was exactly as described. Me being on medically restrictive diet was looking for kitchen to cook my meals during the visit to my daughter who is persuing her MD at DY patil medical college pune . Me n my husband loved the appartment n it was near to perfect.

Our stay here was really good. The listing was exactly as seen in the picture and allowed my 2 small dogs too. Location was central so we could reach other locations in Pune in 30 mins with traffic which is much to say when you come from Mumbai. Santosh was very proactive and responsive whenever required. Look forward to visiting again. Would definitely recommend this property.

Nice Place. Had been to Pune for entrance test of my daughter at MIT Pune, which is just 10 mins drive from this place. Centre of the City is also hardly 30 mins drive.

Had a great time staying here. The rooms open onto green surroundings and it's a great way to spend time watching birds. Was exactly as listed and has plenty of things to do. Will visit again!
