Casetta singola immersa nella natura con vista panoramica mozzafiato sulla città di Belluno. E' perfetta per chi cerca una vacanza di relax o per chi ama passeggiate ed escursioni. L'ampio giardino è parzialmente condiviso con gli ospiti di Casa Cere (la grande casa gialla adiacente), senza però impedire ad entrambi di godere di uno spazio privato. The house is easy to reach from Marco Polo airport of Venice by bus (line 80, 'Malcontenta' bus stop) and it is easy to reach from the motorway too. The bus from Malcontenta takes about 30 minutes to Venice and the bus stop is just 150 meters from the flat (3 minutes to walk). The best way to reach Venice is by bus, but you can also drive until Fusina and from there catch the ferry (whose ticket is included in the price of the parking). House have a park for only one car (free).
