quiet area and perfect for visiting several places of interest. Alessandro is very nice and gave us a lot of tips about the area. We had a great time and also our dog who was able to run around the garden.

It's a lovely little cottage. Hosts are very kind. They gave us something from their vegetable garden. There is no hot water in the listing, that's not true, there is enough hot water for everyone as there were five of us.

Antonio was great! Very helpful and friendly and breakfast was great to have!

Probably one of our best AirBnB experiences. Anna Paola is an amazing host, the place is beautiful, and breakfast was epic. We were 12 minutes away from the main parking in Venice, making the visit a breeze. Can’t recommend it enough.

This place is a gem. They’re paying attention to every detail in the room and the service. Breakfast in the garden was a delight. The location is excellent, with a gorgeous view over the canals.

Really perfect stay! The property is easy to find, located in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Several typical restaurants can be easily reached on foot or in a few minutes by car, so the location is also excellent for those who want to discover local flavors. The rooms are new, furnished with taste and attention to detail, very welcoming and very clean. The bathroom is spacious, modern and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is rich and with excellent quality products, perfect for starting the day well. We also greatly appreciated the flexibility of check-in and the speed of responses from the host, always available and kind. We really felt at home. Highly recommended!

When other Airbnb users rated this stay as "my best stay" we really didn't expect it to be this good. Although me and my 2 girlfriends are on this journey with our concerns, Mauro is definitely the sweetest, helpful, meticulous, understanding, generous and friendly person you will ever encounter in your life. This was absolutely our best stay. Felt at home. Everything was very clean. The breakfasts were excellent and filling. Mauro even brewed us coffee every morning. He helped us set up the route and had prepared files where you can find everything you need with his own hands. Transportation to the center of Venice was very easy and fast. A place and host that you should definitely experience and will never be dissatisfied! I will be back...

We are very happy that we found Maurizio for a place to stay. Already in the beginning the host was very friendly and hospitable. The breakfasts and the coffee was perfetto :-) the apartment was very clean and everything is new and modern. Sabrina and Riccardo, with their kindness and friendliness, made us feel at home. The house is wonderful, surrounded by greenery and is very easy to get to the village. You can take beautiful and relaxing walks nearby starting directly from the house on foot or others more challenging by driving a few tens of minutes. Highly recommended both for those who want to relax and for those who want to explore! Thanks again!!
