Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

It has two bedrooms, a large living and dining area, a modern kitchen and a charming balcony with 2 seating areas. 5 minutes from the centre and 1.5 km from the train station. The 2024 built flat is part of a detached house on the edge of town. It's a good point to start a walk in the Black Forest, for example to a celtic tomb. Villingen's city centre is medieval. The city is protected by a wall and many houses are built right into it.
