Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

We had a really good time in Paris at Ariel's apartment. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. In addition, it is next to Belleville Park, a very cheerful and lively neighborhood, and has a nice view from its large balcony. Ariel was very kind and, although he was traveling, we were very well taken care of by Martine. We'll try to repeat soon

Very good! The apartment was small but it was renovated and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing to note is that you can hear the neighbors through the light shaft and staircase, which are next to the apartment.

We only stayed one night at Ladi's, who was very nice and accommodating and with whom it was very easy to communicate; she even anticipated our possible questions and gave us valuable information about accessibility and parking nearby. The apartment is easy to access, pleasant; it is in a quiet residence and the proximity to a busy artery of Pantin is not annoying: it is quiet. Once you park the car, Pantin is a nice access point if you want to visit Paris and the canal (and the docks) of the Ourcq is 5 minutes away. That's lovely.

Alexis was very helpful with everything, always available and transparent he really made my first trip abroad a very good one and will definitely book with him again!

This was a great find. We had booked somewhere in the Marais but they cancelled us at fairly short notice so we decided to look further away from the centre - and we were very glad we did. The apartment is very convenient, just next to the Metro (only 3 stops from Gare du Nord) on a nice little square just back from the main road. Easy walk to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (great for picnics) and to the Canal de l'Ourcq which has plenty of non-touristy bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, a good size and well-equipped. Just as described (including the bike!). It really was like staying in a proper home, not a rental. Fabrice gave helpful info beforehand and was very friendly and responsive. We really liked this place and would happily return.

A no-brainer for this spacious home a 5-minute walk from the subway. Ideal for both short and long stays, both the accommodation is pleasant to live in and well-equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, towels, coffee, tea, cleaning products, etc. I did not miss anything during my stay of a week, thank you very much in Khoumba, which is very cordial and responsive.

Found the apartment to be what was described in the listing. A beautiful sunny apartment in the afternoon, a quiet apartment at night. Large living room with a well located T/V. Well stocked kitchen with a large dinning area. Good size bathroom with a rain shower. Large queen size bed with a work table with a window view. Electric window shades that makes the rooms quiet at night. The apartment is well located in a building that has a main locked gate, two locked doors and a secure lobby. Good size elevator to the 4th floor. The neighborhood has a Monopix supermarket that is well stocked with anything that you need to assist you in your stay. A Cafe, two bakerys, cheese shop, MacDonalds and many shops. Well located between two Metro stations, Marx Dormoy and La Chapelle. Walking distance to Gare du Nord and Gare de L'Est train ststions. Marie is kind and very helpful and wants your stay in her apartment to be the Paris dream that you have planed.

Beautiful complex of 2 houses quietly located at the end of a large private courtyard. Private parking is so cool! And right across the street from the RER metro, that's great! Super comfortable bedding, large private terrace, super clean and super welcoming and friendly team. That's really great, thank you!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

Great stay at Éric's. The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Françoise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. We were a little disapointed with the apartment as it is a little run down. But the place was still quite comfortable. Thank you Françoise.

Margot's accommodation is clean, inviting and we really enjoyed the decor. The location is ideal because it's close to several amenities. The other was very responsive and the directions for getting there were quite precise. We also enjoyed that check-in was flexible. Thank you Margot for giving us a home during our stay in Paris.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

Great hosts, super helpful, very accommodating.. cozy apartment, safe. Neighbourhood full of restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store. Lovely balcony to enjoy your mornings and evening.. bus stop at your doorstep and Rer just a 6-7 minutes leisurely walk. Brilliant choice to stay in Paris, but not touristy at all. Once again, very kind hosts. We’ll come back again in a heartbeat.

Fleury was quick to respond to messages, met us at the entrance and showed us the apartment. It had everything we needed and is in a good and quiet neighbourhood and very close to the metro (M14). The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay close to the metro and in a quiet neighbourhood.

The view of the courtyard was nice, very secure apartment building, kitchen was functional as we made our breakfast in the morning. It was not too far from the Paris attractions and was easy to get an Uber.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend
