Just 10 minutes from Deauville, Trouville, and Honfleur, this 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home combines modern comfort and Norman charm with a furnished terrace, private garden, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and access to a heated pool (April to September), a game room (ping-pong, foosball, basketball arcade), and a playground (treehouse, slides, swings).

Stay 50 meters from the beach.

Important: The studio is for sale. So I may have to show it to you (about 5 minutes), giving you advance notice and avoiding early in the morning or late in the evening. It's perfectly located, 50 meters from the beach! The village is very authentic, between Trouville and Honfleur. You can walk there along the beach. You can prepare your meals there. There is 1 convenience store 100 meters away and supermarkets 5 km away. The bed is convertible but made for permanent use.

Featuring a private terrace, our house is located in a beautiful condominium with panoramic views and a private staircase down to the sea at the bottom of the garden. A large hawthorn will welcome you to the house, and you can set up the garden table and chairs to have your meals on the terrace. The charm of the countryside and the sea combined! The house, old but recently refurbished, is bathed in light, with open rooms that are very pleasant to live in.

En plein cœur de Villerville, mais à l’abri dans une impasse, on vit tout à pied sans renoncer au calme. Deux chambres, un espace de vie chaleureux, et là-haut, un coin suspendu avec vue mer. Le genre d’endroit où l’on se sent bien sans vraiment savoir pourquoi… et où l’on reste un peu plus longtemps que prévu.
