The Dordogne river, St Emilion and Bergerac are nearby. The local area is excellent for walking, cycling, fishing, golf, visits to vineyards and delicious food. This charming gîte is located amid vineyards with beautiful vistas. She was completely renovated in the year 2023 and provided with all the luxuries and comforts to make your holiday unforgettable. Those who love to enjoy, silence and beautiful nature are in the right place. The building is divided into 2 residences separated by a hedge with enough privacy and space. Me and my girlfriend live in the other building but are often absent due to work and show all respect for your privacy

Many possible activities: canoeing, Gabares rides on the Dordogne, castles, villages, caves, museums, restaurants, flea markets... etc.

This charming little traditional stone house is very cosy, comfortable while being sober and ecological in the same time. I am happy to share it with travelers who appreciate simplicity and proximity to nature. The house is equipped with a very good wood stove, with exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. The house is hot and cosy in winter, and cool in summer (Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport for small extra fees)

The Grand Terrace, 80m2 under the sail, and the lunch terrace under tiled roof. The Roman ended 10 x 5 swimming pool has sun beds and further table and chair seating. The 3 bed, 3 bath house enjoys large exposed beams, double height ceilings, Smeg appliances, and thick walls to keep the space beautifully cool during the hot summer months.
