Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Located on the second floor of a three-family villa, with a separate entrance. On the large balcony, taking advantage of a comfortable relaxation corner, you can warm up in the sun and in the evening marvel under a starry or moonlit sky, sipping a glass of wine or, in the cold season, a hot herbal tea.

VERDE AGUA is an ancient house protected by the beautiful arts recently renovated. This elegant accommodation is located in a small and characteristic village surrounded by greenery, a stone's throw from the lake. The GREEN apartment is on the second floor and consists of a full bathroom and window, a large living area with sofa bed and a large bedroom with a sofa and an enchanting view of the lake.
