Monthly Rentals in Villas

My family of 5 had a wonderful vacation at Paseo. The condo was very clean and even nicer than in the pictures! The area is beautiful and peaceful and there’s a lot to do in the community. We enjoyed spending time in the gym, tennis and pickleball courts and the pool area. Gene was a perfect host, very kind and flexible and always answered us quickly. We would love to come back someday!

We enjoyed staying here this was our 3 rd year. Location is good clean and has everything you need. Host was very timely and efficient. He was quick to respond to any needs or questions. We will return again !

I would stay here again! The pictures were accurate. The place was beautiful and clean. Right on a lake. Jodi and Jeff were always responsive and friendly. It was near FGcU and close to my daughter’s work. The only negative was the gate. We had to give our license every time. But i did feel it was very safe. We would definitely recommend this place!

LOVED the rental unit!! It is beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated and very clean. With some landscaping it will be perfect. The city needs to repair the roads as there are really bad potholes. Be careful driving in until they get around to road repairs! All in all, we absolutely loved the place. Was perfect for the two of us. But 4 would be fine too.
