House vacation rentals in Villareal

The best AirBnB ever! I was sad to leave this incredible home away from home. It has everything you need. Usually, rentals lack the right utensils, enough plates, etc… NOT THIS PLACE! This had everything and all the nice extras. I highly recommend this home for an incredible vacation experience. We were able to enjoy all that Playa Grande has to offer plus some other wonderful excursions that were short drives away. AMAZING! Ready to come back.

We stayed for one week. We loved how peaceful it was and the pool was much needed. The monkeys are the highlight - they come and go without any bother. Could watch them all day.

We stayed here for my sister’s Bachelorette celebration & we quite literally couldn’t have picked a better place! We loved everything!! The location is perfect, as everything is only about a 5 min drive from the house! The space fit 7 of us girls perfectly. We would stay here again!

Our stay in Tamarindo was unforgettable, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Yunielka and Andrea. From booking to checkout, their communication was fast, friendly, and helpful—they answered every question and ensured a smooth experience. They arranged reliable transportation with a wonderful driver (Rafael), food delivery, golf cart rental, and excursions, thinking of every detail. The home was a tropical paradise: a pristine pool, beautifully decorated and spotless bedrooms, and top-tier amenities including a modern kitchen and relaxing outdoor spaces. We felt completely safe and loved the proximity to beaches, restaurants, and shops—all just minutes away. Truly one of our best travel experiences. If you're heading to Tamarindo, book with Yunielka and Andrea—you’ll be in great hands. We can’t wait to return!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Brigitte’s place! The house was exactly as pictured - clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s perfectly located about a 7-minute drive from the center of Tamarindo, offering the ideal mix of easy access to town while being peacefully tucked away in nature. We worked remotely during our stay and the internet was fast and reliable the entire time, which was a huge plus. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, with stunning forest views and plenty of visits from howler monkeys, such a unique experience! The community was friendly and welcoming, and Brigitte herself was incredibly responsive and proactive, checking in and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Sebastian’s home is an amazing and accommodating space away from home. Very clean and has all the things you need to enjoy your vacation in Playa Grande. Great geographical location and close to all the beautiful beaches.

This Airbnb is the perfect place to disconnect. The area is super quiet—ideal for relaxing and recharging. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Rodrigo was an amazing host—always attentive, quick to respond, and thoughtful about every detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about making the stay great. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway away from the noise, this is the spot. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Johan's place from Feb 1st-8th. Their place is exactly like the pictures. They have it fully equipped which is great when you're "away from home but it feels like home!" It's in a gated community so you feel safe and close to everything. We really enjoyed the terrace and the pool! Thanks so much for having us!!

Bonjour Andrew, Tout d’abord merci pour tout! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille à Jardin Escondido à Playa Grande… nous avons beaucoup aimé les espaces communs, la piscine, la salle de sport et la salle de jeux où nous avons bien profité du baby foot et de la table de ping pong. Jardin Escondido est très bien situé à Playa Grande, seulement 2 min en voiture de la plage où nous avons pu surfer tous les jours et profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil!! Nous n’hésiterons pas une seule seconde à revenir à Jardin Escondido pour notre prochain voyage à Playa Grande!! Merci à vous tous pour votre flexibilité et votre disponibilité!! Longue Vie à Jardin Escondido !!!

Wow! This place was amazing for our family’s stay in Costa Rica. The pool was a huge hit and we frequently came back mid day to refresh and then go get some dinner. The big double opening doors were awesome in the mornings to let in the sounds of the surrounding wildlife. One of our last nights we went to El Beach Club in playa grande and had an awesome meal. Definitely worth checking out if you stay here! Our kids loved the 2 Cats that seem to frequent the property and were super cute and pleasant. All in all don’t hesitate to stay here if you are looking at this area. It’s a bit of a drive to Tamarindo, but it is really nice at the end of the day to come back to the peace that this offers. We loved it! Great place and amazing hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Mono Feliz! The villa had everything we needed to have a relaxing, peaceful stay in Costa Rica. The beach, beach club, shops, restaurants, and town were all in walking distance. After enjoying the day with all the area had to offer, it was especially nice to come back to the villa to dip in the pool. Hosts, Jeff and Gina, were attentive to our needs along with onsite management, Justin. Pura Vida!

Camille and her mom are wonderful hosts. The house was like a beautiful dream. It smelled so good every time I entered. The pool was always clean. I saw many animals. We didn't want to leave, but we would definitely come back again with my family to stay longer. The nature, the animals, the birds—I was truly happy there. I recommend that future guests be aware that if the directions don't lead you past Flamingo Beach, you might be on the wrong path. It's better to take the longer route to be sure.

We loved our week stay in Playa Hermosa. The view is amazing and the house was the perfect size for us. We loved the gym, deck and pool. Ian was super helpful with scheduling activities. The best part of our stay was definitely having Rebecca come every morning and make us the best breakfasts ever! She is a superstar and even helped us with our Spanish. We will definitely return and would highly recommend visiting!

This is a great place even if you never left the property it's such an enjoyable place to be we have watched the monkeys eat mangoes from the trees the rain in the evening and enjoyed the pool during the day the beach is a 3 minute drive and the home is absolutely amazing wouldn't change a thing.

Casa Cheetah was wonderful! Giselle made our stay even more enjoyable with the friendly daily service. Bedrooms were large, beds were comfortable and the house in general was amazing. Will definitely stay here again. Easy to get to town and beaches and hosts and concierge service made our vacation wonderful. I traveled with 5 older teenage kids and we felt very safe in the community.

Un vrai paradis! La maison est tellement belle! Avec sa cuisine à air ouverte et la piscine nous avons passez des beaux moments . Il y a 2 chambres séparés avec leur propre salle de bain ce qui a été super pour mes ados Très propre , moderne et très tranquille Cette maison a été un plus dans nos vacances ! J’y retournerais

Emily and Florent were super nice and helpful, we felt welcome and really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is perfect, a nice spot so sit outside, a comfortable bed and a kitchen with everything you need. It was very clean. We really enjoyed the pool. The beaches are very close by, we loved going to see the sunset in the evenings. We can only recommend this place.
