An authentic and atmospheric house in a very interesting Sardinian area. Extremely kind and hospitable hosts who provided us with a clean and well-maintained home.

We had an outstanding stay at Villa Stella Marina. The communication with Matty was excellent both before and during our stay. Everything was well organized so we only met Matty for check-in and check-out, but he was making sure at all times in a very unobtrusive manner that everything was to our liking. The house itself lived up to the description in every way. The location is outstanding. The view is fantastic. In addition to the private pool, there is a larger communal pool for further fun. The description refers to the 65 steps - a small price to pay for such an amazing view. All in all, a successful stay that was not tarnished by anything. We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Villa Stella Marina. Grazie mille.

The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

Perfect place for our Sardinian vacation! The host was responsive and communication was smooth from booking to checkout. Check-in was hassle-free and the house itself is absolutely charming - clean and beautifully decorated. We loved relaxing in the peaceful environment after our daily excursions. The location was ideal, just a short drive to reach all the attractions in Cagliari. Would definitely stay here again!

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It's not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca as well as Adriana and Ariana. The location of the accommodation is absolutely TOP! Graziella is very nice and responds quickly to messages. The place was lacking in nothing. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea. At night it is quiet and you can sleep super in the large beds. There are screens on the windows. Towels and beach towels as well as kitchen towels are fully available. Also umbrellas for the beach. I highly recommend this place! The place and the surroundings also have a lot to offer! Thank you Graziella for having us!

Walkable to all sites. Great views from balcony and numerous windows. Bnb was very bright and homey.

The hosts were great, knew we were arriving early so kindly got in touch as soon as we coukd get in. Quickly responded to any questions we had, good recommendations for ice cream!

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful, stylish accommodation. The apartment is very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. The small kitchen offers everything you need and on the spacious terrace we could enjoy the sun. Particularly noteworthy is the breakfast, which is lovingly prepared and rich. The accommodation is very quietly located in the mountains and the host was very warm and helpful. Thank you, Luca for the pleasant time! :-)

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

The flat is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area. It has good natural light, enough space for daily living, and basic amenities like a kitchen, bathroom, and Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with shops and transport nearby. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

We stayed at the accommodation for 5 days and we felt very comfortable. Everything was as described and we especially enjoyed the terrace with the great view in the morning and evening. We highly recommend it. The place is also perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We thought it was nice that it wasn't such a typical tourist spot, but real and original. In a few minutes, you can get from the apartment to restaurants, a grocery store, the harbor, etc.

We loved this apartment. Being in the penthouse was fabulous. The views were amazing. Love the decorative decor of old fashioned items. Huge apartment. The host was very helpful and recommended places to go. So convenient to the places to see and the bus to the train station was across the street. I can’t recommend this host and his apartment enough. Stay here, you will love it! He even had local desserts for us.

The stay was really nice and our children enjoyed the pool to the fullest. Everything was tiptop clean and the communication was very friendly and fast. We enjoyed the view from our terrace to the fullest. Thanks for the nice days. We will be happy to come back!

A truly perfect accommodation right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation apartment is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May, it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you only need to buy food and drinks if necessary. The only thing that is not 100 percent perfect is the swimming option, because you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes to the beautiful bays. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us, because it's a really fantastic place.
