Wunderbare Villa mit geräumigen Outdoor Bereich. Der beheitzte Pool, die Tischtennis Platte und der Kicker sind ein Highlight für Kinder. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist grandios und man hat seine Ruhe, da die Ville etwas abgelegen ist.

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Vi hade några underbara dagar i huset som erbjöd stora utrymmen, biljard och pingisbord samt med ett mycket bra läge i närheten av fantastiska stränder. Värden svarade mycket snabbt och kommunikationen var snabb och enkel med lokala tipps. Kan varmt rekommendera boendet.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Häuschen von Fiamma erlebt. Der CheckIn war gut organisiert, Fiamma war ebenfalls dabei. Es war sauber und sah wie auf den Fotos aus. Die Lage ist schön, auch wenn es vereinzelt noch Nachbarn hatte. Die Gegend ist wunderbar und Fiamma hatte noch einige Kleinigkeiten als Geschenk bereit gelegt. Herzlichen Dank dafür. We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

TOLLES APPARTMENT ZUM WOHLFÜHLEN super eingerichtet. Kaffee, Chips, Säfte und Wasser schon beim Empfang bereitgestellt Küche sogar mit Gewürzen, Nudeln, Essig, Öl usw. ausgestattet, ausreichend Geschirr und Utensilien sehr sauber, schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, ruhige Lage tolle und einfache Kommunikation mit Taty, jederzeit erreichbar und immer mit Tipps und Empfehlungen zur Hilfe absolute Weiterempfehlung!!!

Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine chez Mario. Le logement est impeccable et tout confort dans un environnement calme et avec un beau jardin avec accès direct à la mer. Mario a communiquer avec nous tout au long de notre séjour pour savoir si tout se passe bien. Il nous a guidé avant notre voyage et nous a adressé nombre de bonne adresse que ce soit pratique ou touristique. Mario est très attentionné avec ses hôtes, et de petites attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée (fruits, boissons ,petit déjeuné…). Nous recommandons vivement Mario pour votre séjour en Sardaigne, vous ne serez pas déçu ni par le logement ni par Mario.

Bel appartement bien équipé dans un quartier très calme et sécurisé. Les supermarchés sont à 10 minutes à pied, les plus belles plages sont accessibles en voiture en seulement 15 minutes. Lisa est absolument charmante et efficace. Je reviendrai.

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

L'appartamento di Paola è comodo, ben attrezzato e molto carino, non manca davvero nulla! inoltre si trova in una zona tranquilla della cittadina. Paola ci ha accolto e ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per un buon soggiorno, e ci ha dato disponibilità per ogni nostra necessità. siamo state bene e se possibile torneremo!

Schöne moderne Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon und fantastischem Meerblick. Sehr sauber. Die Garage und die Waschmaschine waren auch sehr gut. Filomena ist super-freundlich, flexibler check-in und check-out war möglich. Danke für alles!

Casa molto carina, super pulita ed attrezzata, splendida area terrazzo per relax e cena all'aperto. Host molto gentile e disponibile, consigliatissimo!

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit im schönen Haus von Gloria verbracht und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter! Das Haus ist geräumig, geschmackvoll und schön renoviert. Die 5 Zimmer sind gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Zwei gepflegte Bäder und ein WC, alles renoviert und sehr sauber. Auf der Terrasse steht ein sehr grosser Tisch, der Platz für alle bietet. Der Garten ist wunderschön, Pinien und südländischen Pflanzen, Liegestühle und Platz zum Spielen und Verweilen. Und genügend Platz für Autos hinter dem Haus. Eine Aussendusche mit Warmwasser - so angenehm! Zum sauberen Sandstrand sind es nur etwa 200 Schritte. Das Meer war Ende September/anfangs Oktober immer noch warm, und es hatte wenig Leute am Strand. Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer - wunderschöne Stimmung am Strand und im Garten! Das Wlan ist leider nicht unbegrenzt - für eine grosse Gruppe wie die unsere eine Herausforderung ;) Gloria hat jeweils sehr rasch geantwortet.

Villarotonda è stata superiore ad ogni aspettitiva. Nei pressi le spiagge piu belle di Villasimius. Spazi grandi e confortevoli. Casa fornita per ogni necessità. Un posto dove desideri tornare.

Fabulous getaway close to great beaches and lovely food. Fabio had lots of recommendations and whilst we didn’t end up using the kayak or bikes it was great to have as an option! Thanks Fabio, we’ll be back!

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Our stay near Chia in South Sardinia was wonderfully peaceful, especially in late October when the area was exceptionally quiet. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Chia’s beautiful beaches. The property offers a unique vantage point with sea views to the right and mountains to the left, making it perfect for relaxing amidst stunning scenery. The house is exceptionally furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, games, extra blankets, a grill, and sun loungers. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and convenient beach access.

Unser Urlaub im Anwesen von Constanza und Mauro hat uns phantastisch gefallen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und alles ist angenehm sauber. Wir konnten super gut schlafen, denn es ist sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet; die Klimaanlage war zudem ein Segen bei den warmen Temperaturen. Wir hatten tolle Spielgeräte vor Ort, wie ein Pool-Volleyballspiel und eine Tischtennisplatte, was viel Freude bereitete. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es wunderschöne Sandstrände, zudem haben wir die Nächte in Cagliari als Familie sehr genossen und sind herrlich Essen gewesen, z.B. im Aquarium - einer genialen Pizzaria, Restaurant und Bar unter Palmenbäumen. Wir bekamen von Constanza tolle Ausflugstipps, so dass es für uns sehr abwechlsungsreich und gleichzeitig erholsam war. Herzlichen Dank euch für unseren tollen Familien-Urlaub. There are trips and places which have a big impact on you,Luciana’s place and her being the host definitely is one of them. The house is exactly like Luciana, warm and beautiful. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, it fills you with peace and hope. You wake up to birds chirping and you can drink your coffee with the first rays of sunshine coming from above the mountains which you can also admire from the comfortable terrace. Even if it rains you can just sit there and enjoy the view and listen to the gentle raindrops as the terrace is covered. Inside its very spaceous and very nicely arranged,everything to satisfy your needs. Kitchen is also very nice to cook in with a big fridge and all the equipments you need to make anything. Luciana keeps the house so clean that you could eat from the floor when you arrive. Stores and restaurants close by, best beaches within 10-20 min. Chia is very calm,your peace is guatanteed here. Its easy to get anywhere with a car. We will return!!❤️

We had a lovely stay here and lucked out with the weather so we made full use of the pool and loungers ! We wanted privacy, peace and seclusion and that's what we got but Mhatias was always on hand to answer any questions and queries answering our messages quickly. A lovely place to stay with the beaches, hills and towns in easy reach by car - this is a must !
