The apartment is 45 m2 On the main floor, we have a loft with the living-dining room and the small kitchen, and the bathroom in the back. On the top floor, a wooden attic room with a double bed and exit to the 15 m2 terrace with table and chairs where you can eat or have an aperitif. The entrance, apartment and terrace are independent. Even if the entrance is autonomous, we are always here for whatever you may need. Only one pet is allowed, if you are traveling with more ask me beforehand!!

Your Rural House

Forget the worries in this great home - it's an oasis of tranquility! A wonderful diaphanous apartment that has no lack of detail. It is located in a beautiful village 35km from Madrid. Perfect for recharging batteries in a relaxed atmosphere or spending a romantic weekend as a couple. It has a small garden in the back with a barbecue, stove and mini pool. It is equipped with full kitchen and a wood-fired oven. You can see the Packs available in photos.

Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

On the ground floor of our home, independent, with full kitchen, wifi, fiber 600 MB, Smart TV, living room and bedroom, fireplace, garden and barbecue. Pool shared with the owners and another place for two people. 45 km from Madrid capital, very good communication by car and bus. Close to supermarkets, hospital, schools, bus stop and all kinds of services.

Do not miss the Don Luis Palace of Infante and its gardens located in the middle of Boadilla del Monte. Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshment baths.
