Here, life flows to the rhythm of the forest and birdsong. We are surrounded by 320 hectares of woods and forests.

It is located in an easy location for access to everything, shops, grocery store, park, Rue Barbacane.

Lac des Montagnes is less than a 15-minute drive away.

We will be pleased to welcome you to this unique and quiet place, located at the foot of the ramparts, a stone's throw from the city center and with access to all amenities, in the heart of the tourist district. Recently restored and equipped with all amenities, also a jacuzzi, you can enjoy a real moment of relaxation with stunning views of the Medieval City of Carcassonne. Occupancy is 4 people. Reservation is possible for 2 or more people.

At the foot of the Black Mountain between Carcassonne and Narbonne, in one of the most beautiful villages of Minervois; I offer a studio attached to my home. Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

Outside, you can enjoy a large naturally shaded terrace, garden furniture, plancha, and pétanque court.
