The house is on the edge of the village without any opposite. The house is close to activities suitable for families with a multi-activity center (tree climbing, mini golf, zip line, etc.). Quinta das Sesmarias is located on the urban outskirts of Vila de Alcains, a 3.5-hectare property that maintains the rural characteristics of the early 20th century. The first construction dates back to 1928 and was recovered in 2002 in the form of a villa. Visitors' rest and well-being are ensured by a peaceful environment in contact with nature.
