Monthly Rentals in Villaggio Santa Rita

We spent two great weeks at Giacomo's place. Giacomo responded lightning fast to messages, so our check-in, where we were received with a small gift bag (olive oil, fresh mozzarella, etc.), was flexible and smoothly across the stage. We liked the very clean accommodation even better on site than in the photos (especially the outdoor area) and is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a summer vacation. An air conditioner (which is unavoidable in Puglia in summer) was also recently installed. The location is in a quiet, slightly elevated neighborhood, which is why you rely on a car. However, the small beach in Santa Maria al Bagno and the surrounding Lidi can be reached in just a few minutes by car. The cities of Gallipoli (15 min), Lecce (25 min) and Otranto (40 min) are also easy and quick to reach. Thanks again to Giacomo and his family who were very friendly and helpful!

Roberta is an incredible host. From the first second, I felt like I was visiting a long-forgotten cousin. Roberta picked me up from the bus stop and gave me a little introduction to the apartment, the area and local specialties. Even during the stay, Roberta was always quick to reach and proactively accommodating with excursion tips and information on local conditions. I was even lent a bicycle, which I very much appreciated due to the few hundred meters distance to the beach and village. The location was excellent for me, but requires a little enjoyment of movement, so that the distance to the sea is not considered tedious. All in all, a great stay with a great hostess. The apartment was pleasant and equipped with everything important, including sea views when waking up.

Anastasia and Umberto's villa is a truly exceptionally beautiful project. The cottages that are rented are really in top condition. Quietly located, in a perfectly maintained garden. every tenant has their own place in the garden, but there is also possibility of social contact. The only thing I see as an improvement in the garden is the lighting. Currently, that's with cold white light, which takes away the coziness in the evening. I suspect this beautiful couple will make it work. If I had a little more time there I would love to design a new lighting plan. Maybe the next time! Thank you sweet people!
