Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

in una zona molto tranquilla ma a 5 minuti dal centro città, offriamo ospitalità in un intero appartamento autonomo con un ampio giardino esterno con parcheggio privato. Ampia zona giorno con cucina e soggiorno, una camera matrimoniale, bagno con ampia doccia, palestra e lavanderia. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario: lavastoviglie, forno, frigo, piano cottura, microonde, bollitore, stoviglie... Il giardino ha diversi alberi anche da frutto e orto, di cui gli ospiti possono usufruire.

Tra il Carso e il Golfo di Trieste di fronte al porticciolo del Villaggio del Pescatore potrete rivivere l'atmosfera di un tempo guardando il mare in armonia con la natura. Uno spazio unico e rilassante in un appartamento di 50 mq. completamente ristrutturato nel 2022 con materiali ecosostenibili. Oltre alle spiagge e al mare la zona si presta a lunghe passeggiate e gite in bicicletta per visitare non solo i monumenti storici ma anche i paesaggi naturali.

Kitchen with gas sink fridge and comfortable table with bench and chairs. The window overlooks the vineyard and fishing valley. In the evening you can see the sun set. Outside there is a small table with an umbrella and a lounger to relax. Spacious room 5.5m for about 5.5m. Bathroom with comfortable bidet shower and sink. My family and I live upstairs compared to the apartment. We are a 6-7 minute walk from the center of Marano Lagunare. The decor is rustic.

The modern 'Grado House' is located only a few steps away from the main beaches and close to enchanting little islands. Total relaxation a few steps away from the centre, the Grado Spa and the Aquatic Park. The ideal place for an experience of luxury and comfort. It has private uncovered parking (2 cars), a beautiful garden consisting of a heated inflatable Jacuzzi with hydromassage (summer only), 2 sun loungers, a sofa and a patio with outdoor dining table.

The apartment has wonderful sea views, perfect for breakfast on the terrace or for a romantic dinner during a weekend or for summer holidays. Quiet to rest lulled by the waves of the sea, you'll feel as if you're on the boat. The location in the historic center of Grado makes this house very comfortable to reach the beaches, restaurants and tourist attractions of the island.

Depandance with a private entrance on the ground floor. The accommodation was completely renovated and furnished in 2019 and consists of a double bedroom and private bathroom for exclusive use. You park below the house. The accommodation is located half an hour's drive from Trieste, Udine and Gorizia and 5 minutes from the airport.
