We can't thank Paolo and his parents Dino & Antonella enough for our beautiful trip to Sardinia. The house matches 100% the pics and is located in a beautiful quiet area 5 min away (driving) from San Teodoro main street. The place is a 20 min driving from Olbia Airport and a 5 min driving from La Cinta beach & 12 min away from Cala Brandichi. It is so convenient & helpful to stay there. The best part was definitely the warm welcome of his parents, a lovely couple who made us feel at home. They were so kind & patient explaining everything about Sardinia, gave us the best tips for our trip. We've had such a great time that when we did the check-out it felt like we were going away from our own home, leaving our family behind. If you want to stay in a lovely spacious, quiet & clean place enjoying the best of San Teodoro & being hosted by the sweetest couple in Sardinia, you need to book this place. The first time in Sardinia and a direct hit! The house corresponds to the description. It is very quiet and secluded with an incredible sea view. The huge property is completely surrounded by a wall or fence - great for the dog. Due to the Mediterranean climate, it's not quite as green as seen in the photos in summer. We stayed there for 10 days and enjoyed every day. Glad to come back!
