Al secondo piano si trova la casa di nonna Teresita, che ha visto crescere molte generazioni: in ogni stanza risuona l'eco di vite vissute, in ogni oggetto un affetto e un ricordo. Le stanze spaziose e piene di luce e il terrazzo affacciato sul lago suggeriscono un ritmo di vita calmo e rilassato. La casa della nonna è grande ed ospita comodamente cinque persone. The location is in a separate wing of an old rural house (recently restored ) located in a characteristic ancient hamlet on the Lake Maggiore It is composed of a living, an old-style comfortable kitchen , two bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for a 4-5 people family. The living room faces a little garden in a courtyard where it is good to relax and picnic. The place is at a few hundred meters from Caldé a most renowned location called the "Portofino of Lake Maggiore"

A tiny and charming ground floor of a guesthouse, fully equipped, dating back to late ‘800, just restaured, in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore. it is only reachable via feet. The romantic veranda, with glass walls, faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. It seems an english cottage, perfect for a couple with a son. The beds are a king one and eventually an extra bed.
