Great place on the lake that gives you the full ozarks experience. Close to things to do and groceries. Perfect place for a weekend away!

Beuatiful house in the middle of the green. Not directly on the lake which made it secluded and quiet, yet with an easy access to the lake if wanted. Nice layout and decoration of the rooms, nice patio to enjoy the weahter, read a book of do a BBQ. Hosts are quick in answering, all well prepared and organized.

Janet’s place was phenomenal to stay at for the weekend. She was accommodating and very easy to work with.

Rick’s place was a great getaway for our family. It’s nice to enjoy the amenities margaritaville has while not staying in a hotel room. This house was spacious for our 7 guest and had an amazing large window view of the lake. Easy access. Great to have 3 bathrooms. Washer and dryer a plus for a one week stay. Will visit again. We had a nice stay. The lake views and sunsets were pleasant, but we didn’t realize the water would still be too cold for swimming. It would probably be a better experience later in spring or summer when the weather is warmer.

Beautiful comfy cozy place. Everything was as described and worth the stay. Would not hesitate to come back. Everyone we encountered or engaged with was so nice helpful and friendly.

Perfect location with private deck and access to boat dock. Sometimes we sat on the patio and listened to music coming from Margaritaville across the bay. It’s an easy car or boat drive to lots of other places in Osage Beach and we enjoyed many of them. It was reasonably priced for a two bedroom condo with boat and trailer parking in this area. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

Beautifully updated accommodations with thoughtful and generous amenities! We had everything we needed and more and were incredibly comfortable. Very clean from top to bottom. The large balcony and views were definitely enjoyed. We cooked many meals and had all the tools we needed. Had clear directions and instructions sent by the host without having to ask and all was exactly as described. Door was right off the parking lot for easy access. And very short walk to the large, clean pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

The condo is really nice with a beautiful view of the water. Love that it’s on the top floor with high ceilings and very quiet.

A great place to stay for the weekend!

The space was beautiful and perfect for my 25th birthday — cozy, clean, and with amazing lake views. We enjoyed our stay overall. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication after checkout about damage we didn’t cause, which put a damper on the experience.

We had a great stay; the apartment was clean, it was stocked with everything we needed, and it was easy to find/access.

This is an absolutely wonderful place and location. Beautiful pool, all illuminated in the evening. The place is in the ground floor, which is actually amazing because one can walk straight to the barbecue and pool. A 3-min to the marina for boat rentals. The home is super clean, luxurious, and fully equiped with great cooking equipment and large TVs.

We had a great stay! Erik was a good host, and communicated efficiently. We had everything we needed plus some. Our group enjoyed the hippopotamus pool, and the screened in porch was our favorite! We would recommend and stay here again. Thanks for hosting!!

The space was beautiful and perfect for celebrating my bachelorette weekend at lake of the ozarks! We loved eating on the balcony and looking out onto the lake. The condo was very spacious, there were enough beds for all 6 of us to sleep comfortably. There was plenty of parking, the surrounding guests were quiet and the pool was very relaxing and fun. The front gate guard did give us a little trouble with the check in, she falsely claimed that we were consuming drugs at the pool (most of our group was pregnant and not even drinking), and they were very strict about one of our cars arriving a couple minutes after the other one because I was not in the first car - be cautious about check in if the person reserving is in a separate vehicle. Our host, Jeff, was very responsive and helpful, and was flexible when we had to do a last minute car-swap due to a rental. Otherwise everything was great! Would highly recommend this space! Thank you Jeff for the great weekend! :)

We (7 of us, 3 grandchildren) totally enjoyed our stay. We walked to the pool and even to throw away trash (most people drove.) The unit was well stocked from the kitchen with spices, dish soap for the sink & dishwasher to the bathroom linens. The master bed was quite comfortable but does face the east for early morning sun. That was not an issue for us & the furnished sun blocking mask that my wife used. Climate control was exceptional plus the deck was in the shade by 11:00 and the ceiling fan handled the heat quite well. We enjoyed the "take some, leave some beverages and complied leaving more than we took. We enjoyed cooking in the condo and did not dine out. Just to Dierbergs fir a few things we couldn't bring with us. Angie is/was quick to reply prior to arrival and even contacted me to say the unit was available 4 hours early if we wanted. This was a great trip, especially for the grandkids with the 2 pools & playset close by. We would return without a doubt.

I absolutely loved staying at this beautiful and spacious lake condo! The highlight of the entire place was definitely the screened-in patio — it was the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning lake views all day long. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, the peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking scenery make it hard to leave. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene lakefront retreat!

Christina’s place was fantastic! My friends and I had a wonderful time. It was very clean and well maintained. She had plenty of toiletries and kitchen supplies in case we forgot anything. I wish it had been warmer out but we still go to sit on the swimming dock which is right there and enjoy the quiet cove. The deck did have public access so people would walk by but Christina was clear in the listing and for the price it was definitely okay with me! All of the neighbors were very kind and friendly. I would love to come back! Thank you for a great weekend
