Monthly Rentals in Villa San Giovanni in Tuscia

We spent 3 nights in this small villa, very spacious, comfortable, multi-equipped and quiet. We found everything we were looking for, we spent pleasant afternoons and evenings in the garden. The kitchen is comfortable and spacious as well as very well-stocked, there is no dishwasher but for a few days it is fine. Comfortable beds, functional bathrooms. The possibility of parking inside the property is also interesting. Mrs. Patrizia, courteous and very hospitable, responds promptly to any questions and/or requests. Thanks for the late check-out that allowed us to spend a few more hours in the garden.

Although the apartment was a little basic, it was as described, so perfect for me. The location was excellent, right in the town and near all the amenities. I’m sure I would have had an excellent nights sleep in the comfortable bed, if it hadn’t been for the local dogs barking all night! Although I did not meet Maurizio in person, he communicated well, and was very helpful. A great host.

We stayed a week in Luca and Anna's place: the spaces are comfortable (although there were 4 of us the sofa bed was strategic). The pool is very nice, well-kept and well guarded by Michele. The location is great for visiting and discovering Viterbese, Luca's tips were very useful to organize us. Luca and Anna have always been very available for any of our requests or needs.
