Casa dei Santi Perugia Umbria

CandiceRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We loved everything in this house, a beautiful Umbrian country house that feels like home away from home and where you just want to stay! From the beautiful view to the quality of bedding, rooms, plenty of exquisite details such as scented soaps from the area, tons of bath and hand towels in the bathrooms to the so many corners outside where you can either be together or find your own place to read, everything was perfect! A great pool as well that sadly we could not try because of bad weather in may (lots of rain), olive trees in the garden, plenty of plants and 2 beautiful, laid back house cats. The owner Flavio also went as far as ordering a birthday cake for my daughter and insisted that this was his gift, together with a bottle of bubbly. Caroline was always reactive and helped us to sort out trains , so all in all very friendly hosts. 5 stars! The only downside is the road to go to the house, you need a good car as the last part of the road is a steep climb!

Very nice house,a little humidity because of the old well that is inside the apartment. Charming garden, crazy view. Easy to get around and free parking very close by. Overall a delightful experience!
The entrance of the apartment is marked by a set of glass double doors, allowing natural light to fill the space. Potted plants frame the doorway, enhancing the greenery. Inside, a cozy living area is visible, featuring comfortable seating and a television.

Byzantine Feel - Suite 01

NataliaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A mini garden of Eden with safety, great communication, and a clean, cozy space. It was a peaceful escape from our hectic American lives and the perfect place to land as our first stop in Italy. The dogs became our best buds and it was a treat to see my favorite animals, peacocks. If ever I am so lucky to return, this home would be on my list.
A vibrant field of sunflowers stretches across the landscape, under a clear blue sky. Green leaves surround tall, bright yellow blooms that rise above the foliage. In the distance, a rural building can be seen amidst the natural scenery.

"Il Girasole"

Very positive experience, the welcome was very pleasant and explanatory, we were offered support and explanations necessary to fully enjoy the accommodation. We had the dog with us and there was also the ideal context for him, although we always preferred not to leave it free given the large open spaces. The accommodation is located 40/60 min from all the places we were interested in seeing (Gubbio, Perugia, Spoleto, Assisi, Cascata delle Marmore, Todi and many others) and it was an exciting tour. Returning home and being in the absolute peace and quiet was top of mind. Highly recommended!
A small workspace area is featured with a wooden table and two chairs, one of which is decorated with a light-colored linen. A simple shelf holds a few items above the desk. Natural light enters through two windows, creating a bright atmosphere.
