Monthly Rentals in Villa Mattarana

We can fully recommend the apartment, it is large, luxurious and tastefully decorated. We have rarely seen such a well-stocked kitchen (from the sandwich toaster to the garlic press, everything is there), there was nothing left to be desired, cooking is simply fun here, and all the necessary utensils are also available for more sophisticated dishes. The bed was large and comfortable, the lighting optimal, and there is plenty of storage space for clothing. The cleanliness and amenities of the bathroom meet the highest standards. There is a large terrace and also a small balcony. The living room has a nice sofa area, there is probably also Amazon Prime and Netflix, but we did not use it because there is also a lot to experience in Verona in the evening. There is a Lidl about 1.5 km away. Several bus lines serve the area, you are in about 20 minutes at Piazza Brá, so in the middle of the action.

It was pleasure to stay at Nicoletta/Milo' place. I stayed there for almost 3 weeks, diving to Verona, cooking, doing my laundry and working remotely. It's a great place, right on a picturesque hill, surrounded by wine plantations and farmlands. The shop nearby (5 min drive) offers pretty sufficient variety of goods. Eurospin a bit further (15 min drive) offers all you want and more. There are taverns and osterias around with quality and affordable meals. The products of the region are very nice, with real taste and of real quality. So I would sugget it to anyone bored with the noise of a big city or shady apartments in the historical centre. We stayed in the apartment for 5 days and had a pleasant stay. The apartment is equipped with anything you need and is perfect for a holiday for two. Great location to visit Verona and the vicinity (public transport around the corner).

We spent 1 month at Maria Vittoria’s place and it was fantastic!! Super nice apartment, good location, we could walk in 25 min to the old town, around the house there were many supermarkets and local restaurants and shops, we were really happy with the location .
