Vacation rentals with a patio in Villa General Mitre

This is the second time staying in place. The location is great and the dpto is super well equipped.

Victoria's place is perfect. In addition to what is already described in the listing, it is worth mentioning that there are universal standard outlet mirrors throughout the house, the heater comes out of the floor - no cold feet - and the kitchen is very well equipped. There was even a bathrobe for us to wear! Loved it, I'll be back for sure

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

Simply spectacular!!! Maria Laura is a genius! From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're amazing!

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his home in April and May. He is very attentive, very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. Great location! Close to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Nina and Hernan were great to communicate with and had lots of great tips.

A beautiful place, a very nice apartment, very tastefully decorated, everything works perfectly, the area is magnificent, two blocks from the subway, supermarkets nearby, pizzerias nearby. Being internal, you don't hear the noise from the street. Analia, great host, totally recommended

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

The neighborhood is fantastic safe, vibrant, and full of life. We loved being surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and cultural gems like live tango shows. Everything was incredibly accessible and easy to navigate. This Airbnb was genuinely the highlight of our trip and elevated our entire experience. This place is perfect for stays near the Movistar Arena. The apartment is located three blocks from the stadium, in a very quiet neighborhood. It's on the ground floor, so it has an ideal patio to enjoy during the day. The place is spacious, well lit and has a garage ideal for small cars. The master bathroom is super spacious and also has a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Communication with Maria was always very fluid, this is key for any questions that may arise during the stay. Although it is not an area that is known for having many bars or restaurants, a few blocks away you have the Los Bohemios bodega, which is a 10, and several cafes within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is comfortable, it was missing some kitchen utensils. The only uncomfortable thing was the first day we arrived, they were just fixing the front and you could hear the hammering a lot, but then it got better. Thanks to Alejandra's good attitude, we were able to enter before the announced time, which is very valuable when traveling with elderly people who are waiting for a medical appointment.

The apartment is a cute one! Exactly as in the description. The location is amazing, very close to excellent restaurants, in a safe and quiet area. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean!!! Mariano is uniquely kind... he always responded quickly to our questions and helped us with precise directions so that we could find what we needed. We had a very nice time!!!!!
