Wir verbrachten zu zweit 4 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, so dass wir den unglaublich schönen und großen Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, der Blick ins Tal fantastisch! Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Im Ort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Wir sind aufgrund des Regens mit dem Auto in den Ort gefahren, ansonsten wären wir die 30 Minuten sicherlich auch zu Fuß gegangen. wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten! What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno con mia moglie e il cane nella struttura di Riccardo e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale . Spazi ampi , appartamento attrezzato perfettamente , giardino personale , ambiente amichevole ,.....come essere a casa . Anche Yuma ha apprezzato moltissimo :) ed è un posto in cui torneremmo volentieri . Grazie ancora a Riccardo e alla sua famiglia per tutto

La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

Fermatevi qui per qualche giorno di pace e armonia e lasciatevi affascinare dalle storie di questi luoghi raccontate da Marco e Alessandro, persone accoglienti e gentili. Il loro entusiasmo per il borgo e i sentieri che lo circondano è contagioso. Condividete le serate gustando un buon bicchiere di vino, rinfrescatevi al ruscello sotto casa e esplorate i sentieri intorno alla casa immersa nel bosco. La casetta è provvista di tutto il necessario: il letto è comodissimo e l'acqua in casa proviene direttamente dal ruscello di montagna, limpida e genuina. Vi consiglio di portare qualche vivero, poiché non ci sono negozi nei dintorni se non a diversi chilometri di distanza. Qui troverete tranquillità assoluta, aria fresca e storie antiche. Niente auto, inquinamento e pericoli per i bambini: un vero sogno! Il tempo passa molto lentamente, riportando il ritmo della vita a una dimensione umana. Alloggio molto grande, comodo, pulito e in zona tranquilla. La signora Fedora è estremamente disponibile, gentile e proattiva, venendoci incontro per esigenze di check-in. Molto soddisfatti del soggiorno.

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Luxury in Milan: First, if you are wondering about the host, you shouldn't. Paola is the perfect combination of professional and personal. She was an amazing host, who met us at the door and made us feel right at home. It's clear that she loves her city, and was excited to share with us many restaurant and experience recommendations that were perfect. She was very responsive to communications, and went out of her way to help us with a luggage issue our son had. The living space is Immaculately clean, with separate upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, both with spacious showers. It's a combination of uncluttered but still decorated very tastefully. The appliances work very well, and there is good AC if you need it. The WiFi is blazing fast (>500Mbps). The main bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed. The location is ideally located: a short, safe walk to both the station and city center. If we are lucky enough to return to Bologna, we would certainly stay here again.

Il nostro soggiorno a Ravenna è stato super! Angela Maria e la sua famiglia sono degli host eccezionali, sempre disponibili e cortesi. Al nostro arrivo ci sono state fornite tutte le indicazioni della casa e dei dintorni, e anche durante il soggiorno ci sono stati forniti consigli su cosa fare e dove andare. La casa è bellissima, spaziosa e silenziosa. Tutto pulitissimo e con ogni comfort, inoltre è veramente a due passi dal centro, in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva nel centro di Ravenna, noi non ci siamo mai spostati con la macchina. Sicuramente da consigliare e non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

Eine äußerst empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die das echte Italien lieben. Extrem sympathische, hilfreiche Gastgeber, authentisches, großes Haus, vorbildliche Sauberkeit, zentrale Lage in der Po-Ebene (allerdings: Auto sehr empfohlen!!!), viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, familienfreundlich große, hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, haustierfreundlich. Fantastisch! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation is in great condition, very clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect for nature lovers, with beautiful landscapes and plenty of outdoor activities. The host, Claudio, is exceptional, very welcoming and attentive to every detail. Wir waren vier Nächte mit zwei Kindern in der Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Richtig viel Platz - zwei Badezimmer und tolle Lage. Ruhig und doch mittendrin. Gloria hat sehr schnell bei Fragen geholfen. Grazie mille!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento indipendente per 10 giorni. Tutte le informazioni fornite da Gloria si sono rivelate estremamente corrispondenti alla realtà. La posizione è strategica per potersi godere sia il mare che il porto canale e il centro di Cesenatico. Gli spazi in casa sono molto ampi e ben organizzati. La cucina è super accessoriata e molto pulita, i bagni sembrano nuovi e anche le stanze meritano un buon giudizio. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono poi utilissime biciclette, molti libri e giochi per bambini, asciugamani e ombrellone per la spiaggia. Purtroppo le cattive condizioni meteorologiche non ci hanno permesso di sfruttare il giardino ma sicuramente torneremo così da provare l’ambiente esterno. Nonostante non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare Gloria di persona, ci ha comunque fatto sentire come a casa. Grazie davvero! Nicoletta & family
