What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James

Everything’s fine. Only problem was the mosquito, I think is normal in this time of year.

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

We spent a few days with my wife and the dog in Riccardo's property and the experience was exceptional . Wide spaces , perfectly equipped apartment, personal garden, friendly environment,...how to be at home . Yuma also really appreciated it:) and it's a place we'd love to come back to . The house is very well cared for in detail. Too bad the fresh air, otherwise we would have taken a dip in the pool. Beautiful garden, very well cared for. The kitchen is huge. The owner of the bar in front of the house is also very nice. I wouldn't know what to add. We had a great time and had a great time. Congratulations to Miriam from all of us.

Stop here for a few days of peace and harmony and be fascinated by the stories of these places told by Marco and Alessandro, welcoming and kind people. Their enthusiasm for the village and the surrounding trails is contagious. Share the evenings enjoying a good glass of wine, cool off at the stream below the house and explore the paths around the house surrounded by woods. The house is equipped with everything you need: the bed is very comfortable and the water in the house comes directly from the mountain stream, clear and genuine. I recommend that you bring some groceries, as there are no shops nearby except several miles away. Here you'll find absolute tranquility, fresh air and ancient stories. No cars, pollution or dangers for children: a real dream! Time passes very slowly, bringing the rhythm of life back to a human dimension. Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

Andrea gave us a very personal and beautiful welcome. The apartment was atmospherically lit with candles, homemade baked goods on the table, a full breakfast buffet - what more could you ask for? We received many tips for excursions and activities after we told them about our plans. We felt right at home.

Luxury in Milan: First, if you are wondering about the host, you shouldn't. Paola is the perfect combination of professional and personal. She was an amazing host, who met us at the door and made us feel right at home. It's clear that she loves her city, and was excited to share with us many restaurant and experience recommendations that were perfect. She was very responsive to communications, and went out of her way to help us with a luggage issue our son had. The living space is Immaculately clean, with separate upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, both with spacious showers. It's a combination of uncluttered but still decorated very tastefully. The appliances work very well, and there is good AC if you need it. The WiFi is blazing fast (>500Mbps). The main bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed. The location is ideally located: a short, safe walk to both the station and city center. If we are lucky enough to return to Bologna, we would certainly stay here again.

Our stay in Ravenna was super! Angela Maria and her family are exceptional hosts, always available and courteous. Upon our arrival we were provided with all the directions to the house and the surroundings, and even during the stay we were provided with advice on what to do and where to go. The house is beautiful, spacious and quiet. Everything is very clean and with every comfort, it is also really within walking distance of the center, in a 10-minute walk you can reach the center of Ravenna, we never moved by car. Definitely recommend and can't wait to come back!

Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

The host is very welcoming. We need the detergent. The heater stopped at night. It was handled the next day.

An extremely recommended place to stay for those who love the real Italy. Extremely likeable, helpful hosts, authentic, large house, exemplary cleanliness, central location in the Po level (however: car highly recommended!!!), plenty of space for up to 8 people, family-friendly large, superbly equipped kitchen, pet friendly. Fantastic! Had a great time!

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation is in great condition, very clean and well-maintained. We stayed at the apartment for four nights with two children. We enjoyed it very much. Really lots of space - two bathrooms and great location. Quiet and yet in the middle of it. Gloria was very quick to help with any questions. Grazie mille!

We stayed in this beautiful, independent apartment for 10 days. All the information provided by Gloria turned out to be extremely accurate. The location is strategic to enjoy both the sea and the canal port and the center of Cesenatico. The spaces in the house are very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped and very clean, the bathrooms look new, and the rooms are also worth a good judgment. Also available to guests are very useful bicycles, many children's books and games, towels, and beach umbrella. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not allow us to take advantage of the garden but we will definitely come back so we can try the outdoor environment. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Gloria in person, she still made us feel at home. Thank you very much! Nicoletta & Family
