Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

This was absolutely amazing stay! Villa is just gorgeous and has everything you need! Spotless clean and very light inside, big swimming pool for the whole family! Very close to beaches, Nice and Antibes. We loved all the details of the villa and would absolutely go back!

We had a wonderful family stay at Renee's place. The views are absolutely stunning so it was always a pleasure to be in the gardens, especially for meal times. The house is beautiful with amazing spaces. The open kitchen and living area was so perfect for what we wanted for our trip, which was to spend time with family who had travelled from the US. Cooking and being together before meal times and then relaxing together in the evening over a movie. The pool is great and because it is in a separate area down multiple stairs from the main garden, we could play with our toddler without worrying about him making a beeline for the pool. Our bed was really comfortable, as were the sofas and the kitchen is really well equipped, with also a barbecue. The location suited us really well since we had a car and we really enjoyed exploring the riviera. Highly recommended! Keith

This was the perfect holiday home for us, would love to go back here! There is everything you need and a little more. A gorgeous view, great pool area and garden. The house is cozy, clean and organized. It is a must with a rental car as there is no public transport in the area. the host responds quickly if there was anything and we felt very welcome again at check out. would definitely recommend this resort!

We had a lovely stay at Jinil’s home. The biggest gem is the deck with its expansive views where we enjoyed our morning coffee. We made good use of the full kitchen and had many homemade dinners seated around the large dining table. The principal bedroom and bathroom are comfortable and also offer sweeping views. The home is perched over the charming town of Beaulieu-sur-Mer with its great selection of restaurants (go to Maonas for pizza), food markets, beach and shops. Jinil is a very responsive host and we really appreciated all of her efforts in responding to our various requests. We were four couples sharing this space for a week and we felt that the layout of the space might be better suited for two couples/ families. One of the bedrooms has a Murphy bed and the downstairs bedrooms/ bathrooms are on the smaller size. The main living room is upstairs and adjacent to the main bedroom and thus we rarely used it. Overall a memorable week spent at Villa Thalassa!

Our stay was too short, we needed more time to enjoy this beautiful home! Beautiful well kept home, and amazing amenities. Our family of 10 loved BBQing and hanging out by the pool with some blankets. The views from the top terrace for the sunrise was amazing!

This was a great stay. The villa is in a fantastic location: the charming neighborhood of Palm Beach. It is proximate to many great beaches and a short walk into Cannes proper. The villa itself is comfortable and clean. Amidst many positives, there are two watchouts to be aware of: 1. While there is a beautiful deck and outdoor space, the mosquitos are rampant. It seemed no amount of bug spray or citronella would limit their reign of terror. 2. While there is a pool, there is no ramp, ladder, or steps. This means to get in, you must jump or slide in, and equally to get out you need to push yourself up. The difficult access made it challenging to take my 1 year old daughter swimming. All of that said, it was a great stay and I would certainly go back!

Beautiful view from the villa which is very peaceful and private. The pool is large and there is plenty of space for sitting and eating outside. It was a great base to travel along the coast and see Monaco, Cannes, Eze, and Nice plus so many other pretty towns. The hosts Guy and Michel were great. They met us and showed us around the villa and then kept in touch to make sure we had settled in. I would highly recommend this villa for a large group/family holiday.

We had a great time with our family in this cottage. The location is simply fantastic – quiet, but still central enough to reach everything quickly. The house itself was very clean and well maintained upon our arrival, which immediately gave us a good feeling. We were particularly enthusiastic about the extensive amenities – it was really everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Even cool drinks, coffee and snacks were thought of.

Host was very helpful, accommodating and responsive. The big villa was excellent as were both pools. The small villa was damp and had an odor and the bedrooms were very small. The location was very good as far as getting to many villages but some ubers were not willing to drive to the home. Instructions for the appliances would be helpful. I do not want to sound negative as it is a lovely property but this info would have been helpful to us.

Helene’s property was perfectly located, was in excellent condition and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Great location to benefit from the stunning views. Moving around Monaco takes a bit of getting used to but we quickly got the hang of using the ascenseurs (public lifts) which were all beautifully clean and safe. Easy reach to the train station & bus stops but I recommend using Uber for arrival & departure with suitcases etc.

This is the place to stay if you love France!

A little outdated but very clean accommodation. Very friendly and very quick to respond. Problem was resolved immediately. There is no way to do anything around the property. Everything a bit away. Central to look at the cities, nowhere to go far. House is right on the slope. If you want your peace,ideal. If you like to stroll in the evening,not ideal.

Justine’s house was perfect for our two families of younger and older children. Extremely well appointed with everything needed and immaculately clean. The pool with a fence was a big plus with younger children. We would stay again!

It is a comfortable and cozy home with amazing views. A large piece of land all around and terraces everywhere. Everything is generously present and we ( 6 adults) felt right at home. Host responds quickly and reception from Laurent was warm. We enjoyed it. Thank you for this.

We booked late, but feel very lucky, the reviews and comments about the villa and the lovely Agnes (who was looking after us during our holiday) are spot on. From the moment the electric gates closed behind our car, we felt we were in a little oasis. Agnes popped round to welcome us and gave us some really insightful tips about the area and was always available if we had questions. Nearby Tourrettes is truly charming. We had my 2 1/2 YO grandchild with us and she loved the pool and the open plan, air conditioned living/dining room for naps. The house is on multiple levels with each bedroom having its own character, but all are very comfortable. You get sun all day but also the area has dark skies, I haven't seen the milky way in years. The kitchen is very well equipped, you could easily host a dinner party (and use the inside and outside bars!). We'd definitely stay again.
