Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

The place is just as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and bright. The location is very convenient since it's close to public trasport and walking distance to many restaurants, bookstores, bars, cafes, parks and museums. I am from Argentina, my husband from The Netherlands and we come visit often. Now that we've found Eugenia's place we are definitely considering making it our regular airbnb choice. Thank you!!

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The location was amazing—right in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, surrounded by beautiful spots to eat and drink, and perfect for walking everywhere. The apartment itself was truly beautiful, super clean, and very well maintained. I arrived to find fresh water in the fridge and coffee ready to use, which made me feel instantly welcome. What really stood out to me were the little details that made a big difference: a brand-new sponge still in its packaging (a small but very hygienic touch), all the kitchen items were spotless, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. It gave me so much confidence and made me feel completely comfortable. The bedding was excellent—I really liked the quality of the sheets and slept incredibly well. In the bathroom, there was unused soap, shampoo, and conditioner available. Every single detail had been carefully considered, and the decoration was just beautiful. I truly felt at home!

What an eclectic apartment. Just marvelous decor. The photos do not do it justice and the price is great! The location is walk-able to restaurants, a mall, the best hotels, coffee shops, and mini markets. The apartment does not come with any condiments in the kitchen but they do give you a bottle of Malbec which was so nice. The second bedroom is apart from the rest making it a more secluded room but has its own bathroom for convenience. Viviana was very flexible and kind to respond quickly to any questions we had. Loved the roominess of the living room. Hated the bed mattress. Unfortunately, it was extremely old and uncomfortable and the comforter smelled very old too. We did not have any good nights of sleep because of the mattress however, we loved the apartment. The two patios are so chic and unique but just need a little tiding up. My family came over the last night we were there for our farewells and they also were in awe of how charming the place is! Thank you Pablo and Viviana!

Lucia y su equipo respondieron inmediatamente, a pesar de que nosotros tuvimos que hacer una reserva a ultimo minuto un Domingo casi a la noche. La eficiencia del equipo fue de mucha ayuda. El depto tiene mucha luz y terrazas. Es amplio y ambientes bien separados por largos pasillos. Nos encanto la zona con excelentes restaurantes alrededor: Amano, Los Burladores y Roux (con una estrella Michelin). Hay de todo alrededor incluyendo lavanderia a menos de dos cuadras. Muy contentos con este depto.

Beautiful apartment. The apartment is much larger than it looks like in the pictures, so that was great! The apartment is in a great location, you are close to all neighbourhoods! You have everything you need just steps away. The best outlets are super close to go shopping. The apartment has was super clean and Rebecca took the time to explain everything to us , which was nice seeing as most hosts do not take the time to do this. The apartment itself has everything you need and more, the kitchen is well equipped and the bed is super comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay here again !!

Andrea is just perfect guide for new comer of BA. She was so kind and always fast to communicate with all useful information. Location of house is really interesting and walkable to other interesting places. There are also so many cozy cafe and bar. While I was staying, I felt safe. It’s valuable to come back again.

Adrien le concierge du bâtiment à été serviable et à l'écoute. Paz réponds à la seconde près ! L'appart est confortable et agréable et plus il a l'air conditionné et la petite piscine sur la terrasse fait vraiment plaisir . Ah! petit café artisanal tout bio et vegetarien à 100 mts idée pour un bon café ou les midis ... lave linge à 200 mts . TOUT y est facile .

El depto Posee una excelente ubicación, tanto en lo que respecta a transporte público así como también, si se utilizara movilidad propia. Los ambientes son luminosos y frescos. La verdad que el apartamento estuvo impecable! super cómodo, lindo, limpio y con buenos servicios. Cuando detecté que no había un adaptador para los enchufes lo solucionaron rápidamente y sin problemas. Es una ubicación que a mi me gusta mucho, sobre una avenida (seguro y facil para conseguir taxis y uber) pero piso alto y muy tranquilo. Además muy cerca de buenos restaurantes, bares, y movida. Es fácil moverse hacia otras partes de la ciudad. Recomiendo muchísimo!

So perfect Apartment, accessibility and felicitas👍 It was great that I could walk to the main tourist attractions and they gave me detailed instructions on how to check in so I could easily get into the apartment. And thanks to the friendly felicitas🥰 I got some great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. If I ever come back to Buenos Aires, I would stay here again.

I stayed for two months and the location in Palermo is great. The flat is close to many restaurants, cafés, and bars and a bit over 10 min to the metro station. This was my only flat out of five in Buenos Aires that was actually quiet. The flat felt new and modern yet charming. It was very clean. AC and WIFI worked without any issues. Communication was great.

This place exceeded all my expectations! The apartment was excellent, and my favorite part was the private rooftop patio with jacuzzi. Awesome for sunbathing and relaxing. The neighborhood is very nice with so many cafes, bars, and shops. You can do so much and not even leave the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed 12 days at Pablo & Kristoffer’s condo. Everything went smoothly! Pablo greeted us at the entrance and explained everything we needed to know about the residence. He was also reachable if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop patio with the barbecue and the jacuzzi! The location was excellent, with lots of restaurants and green spaces in the area. We used Uber (inexpensive) to travel to the various sites in Buenos Aires. It was always a pleasure to get back to our condo to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I have no hesitation in recommending this Airbnb!
