Mauricio is very attentive and a good host, centrally located with access to the pier, supermarket and minutes from tourist places.

The most remarkable thing about the accommodation is, without a doubt, the location. If you go by car, it is very well connected to get around everywhere: near Valparaíso, Viña del Mar and other points of interest in the area. The apartment had everything you needed to be comfortable during your stay. I went with two friends and it was great for us. In addition, communication with the host was very good, always attentive and clear. Highly recommended.

Wonderful apartment with the most amazing 180• views of the colorful hills and sea. Very walkable area and easy to take the metro to Viña Del Mar. Bed was SUPER comfortable. Great stay, highly recommend.

This place is absolutely wonderful in every way: located among a number of restaurants, very classic cabin style with a lot of elegance and attention to detail. Everything in the city is a 10-15 minute walk and less than 5 minutes from the coast. Also excellent communication, easy check-in and check-out. The moment I entered, I extended the reservation for two additional days because it is so good. Highly recommended, especially for the price!!

Mariana is an excellent host, she guided us very well with everything and was always very kind in her recommendations. The view from the Loft is amazing, panoramic view of the plan and the sea in the background. The Loft is spacious and comfortable and the location is good as it is minutes from the beach. We'll be back for sure!

The house is more beautiful than seen by photos, it has a closed quincho (although it also has windows) and is next to the house, it has several old decoration details, it has all the kitchen utensils (there is no need to carry anything), Valentina and Gladys are very friendly and respond quickly any concerns, with security we will return

This is truly a one of a kind unique place to stay in Valparaiso. The location is perfect, the neighborhood was funky with lots of small restaurants and boutiques nearby. Of course there was street art everywhere. We were a few blocks from a bakery and small market that we frequented multiple times. The house itself was a historic and beautifully maintained building. It was enormous, somehow even bigger than the pictures. There were lots of interesting old knickknacks throughout the house. The view from the upper room was beautiful. Pablo was a very gracious host and we were met by Cecelia who went out of her way to make us comfortable despite the language barrier. On top of it all we were met with a bottle of Chilean wine. Can’t recommend enough.
