Family-friendly vacation rentals in Villa Alemana

I highly recommend this apartment. It is exactly as shown in the photos, everything is very neat and clean, the kitchen and the apartment in general are very well equipped. What we liked the most is the dining room on the balcony that allowed us to enjoy the ocean view. Regarding the host, María Fernanda was very friendly. Whenever we had any questions, she answered very quickly and very clearly, providing all the necessary information about the apartment.

The apartment is very comfortable and easy to access, really equipped with everything you need to spend a few spectacular days, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds! The terrace is a luxury! We were delighted, we will definitely be back!

The apartment is very well located on the coastal edge, offering privileged views of the sunsets. It is close to a supermarket, making it easy to shop to stay in the place. Claudia is a very good and understanding host and although we did not meet her in person, she was very quick to respond to our questions and requirements. In our case, we request the use of the interior jacuzzi of the building and she managed the reservation by us. The instructions for entry to the apartment and the use of the building's premises were very clear and we had no problems. Recommended place to escape the city and enjoy the sea.

Very nice place. The garden is very well kept. It has several places to relax. We really enjoyed the hot tub Maria Jose was always available quickly the few times it was necessary to contact her.

Everything was impeccable

The views must be seen in person as the photos do not do them justice! This is a beautiful location on the side of the hill. I expected the home to be smaller just because the neighborhood is dense, but the home is quite spacious inside. We were 5 adults and were very comfortable. There are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance and Ubers can easily be summoned. Bart is a great host and was responsive and helpful.

Loved the semi-secluded, eco-resort-feeling location. A few great trails nearby, and a great made-to-order meal delivery at an affordable price by a local chef. Truly a gem of a place. 100% recommend.

Excellent stay at Matias and Carolina's house. The two were very concerned at all times about maintaining clear and timely communication and instructions. The house is as mentioned in the publication. Upon arrival we found everything impeccable. A very nice place to rest. I went with my 3-month-old and 3-year-old children, and it's definitely a good place to go with children and as a family. 100% recommended

A very nice place in a nice location. The rooftop deck was a treat, as was the view. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A great location to explore the hills and easy enough to get down to the flat area and civic plaza. Benjamin responded kindly anytime we had a question.

Chelo is an excellent host, he and Marcela are very attentive and concerned that everything is fine during our stay. We chose this apartment to attend the Viña del Mar festival, it has an excellent location a 10-minute walk away, there are restaurants, businesses, with the subway leaving the building with an excellent ocean view. I 100% recommend renting with Chelo, it was a very good experience.

Nice apartment, cozy and comfortable to be with the family, very quiet residential place and Cecile very kind. I highlight the kindness he had to allow us to leave our bags until later while we went out for a walk on the last day and Katherine was very friendly when we received us the day we arrived.

The place is beautiful, it is spacious, it has all the amenities, it is a very clean place, it is 12 minutes from a supermarket, access by dirt road but in good condition. The whole place is well furnished, we only brought towels and our stay was very comfortable.

Daniela's house is very cozy, beautiful and safe. She and her mother were very friendly and good hosts. The patio of the house is what we liked the most, it is large and well maintained. The pool is very clean and nice. The terrace is very cool. We went with our puppy who had it amazing (the house is completely fenced). We hope to come back some day.
