The village of Lindoso is well known for its Medieval Castle and one of the largest clusters of typical granite granaries (”espigueiros”). This is an old stone house next to an old water mill. Both have been rebuilt in harmony with the traditional architecture of the region. It is an invitation to enjoy the peace and the landscapes of the rural environment. DESCRIPTION: One double bedroom with a bathroom (shower). Living/dining room with TV. Equipped with stove, microwave, coffee machine and fridge. As the Minho people that we are, we want to provide those who visit us with memorable moments, with an intimate, hospitable and healthy environment. The Casas da Levada are rustic in stone and wood. One of the houses, type T2, accommodates up to 4 people + 2 children or 1 adult and the other, type T1, accommodates up to 2 people.

This is a unique space, with stunning views of the waterfall and surrounding nature. Ideal for a weekend of adventure! Come prepared for poor cellular network and slow Wi-Fi, as the location is isolated. On the other hand, the sound of nature takes on a fantastic dimension, with the river water and birds surrounding us completely. Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.

Welcome to our cozy two-story home by the lake! We’ve kept the charming granite façade typical of the region, while the interior is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. Located in the heart of Peneda-Gerês National Park, you’ll have access to scenic hikes, thermal baths, and breathtaking nature. Just 1 hour from Braga and 90 minutes from Porto. P.S. The stairs to the bedroom are steep and not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.

Please read the description: T2 on the first floor of villa in the town of Rio Caldo- Gerês. River beach access (Praia da Barca). Equipped kitchen, barbecue, linens and towels. Wifi. Air conditioning (for this reason we did not provide firewood for the fireplace). As it is an apartment in a house with several spaces, the exterior can be used as a passageway by other people. However, there is an outdoor table and chairs for the exclusive use of the guests.
